Не работал фен, не работала вентялиция в ванной из за этого постоянная влажность, за такую стоимость отеля парковка не включена в стоимость, на нижних этажах куча муравьев

Pros:

Very clean, staff helpful food very good we only had the breakfast though. Bus stops outside hotel, we walked most day which took about 45-55 minutes into the town as our friends were staying there.Amazing view smelt divine every time you walked into reception we had a nice little break at your hotel Thank you.

Cons:

There was nothing to really not like about it, The only snag would be we waited about 45 minutes for a taxi to airport on our last day, People were getting a bit argumentative who was next in the queue so it’s a good job we left in plenty of time. Also we would have liked to have been nearer to the town but that’s not the hotel fought , there was a lovely Italian down the road and a supermarket which was good.

Good hotel, nice location, more positives than negatives
Pros:

Really nice contained location good for a quieter spot. The hotel was modern and always clean

Cons:

Snack facilities let the all inclusive option down and certain things aren’t “included” that you would expect, also pool bars close early so if you are at the beach or pools you have to go to floor 8 for things so you kind of feel you’re on a time limit to sunbathe and if you want a later evening in the sun it can be a bit annoying

Cons:

Expensive. Below average food. But the biggest issue the lifts - or lack of them. Would not go near this property if you have a disability- like luggage. You need to really enjoy using stairs to - 5-6 floors to the beach. Met an elderly lady waiting 30 minutes for a lift

The hotel itself was okay but nothing special. I wouldn't stay there again

Anna who worked at the pool bar mostly was super friendly and polite, as was a couple of the entertainment team members

Cons:

Food was good but only ever warm, not hot, even if you arrived just as the restaurant opened

Entertainment wasn't great, and it was repeated on a weekly cycle so if you didn't enjoy a show and were staying eight nights or more you either endured it for a second time, had an early night or paid to go out of the hotel and into town which is not the point of all inclusive.

Pool was a fair walk from the hotel gate. Not even on the hotel grounds. Pool didn't open until 10am which was not a problem, however the pool bar didn't open until 11am which meant you couldn't even get a water, soft drink or tea/coffee until then. It was too far to go back to the hotel bar just for a drink.

Plenty of sunbeds, but one day I went to join in a game organised by the entertainment team and within 2 mins of leaving the bed a note was put on my sunbed to say I wasn't allowed to leave my belongings on a sunbed if I wasn't using it!

Lovely rooftop pool and bar area but it was not part of the all inclusive so we didn't use it.

One particular reception staff member was particularly rude and condescending when we had to return to the hotel on the evening of the 8th of Sept due to the NATS Air Traffic Control issues. We were checking in again after only checking out that afternoon and we were obviously stressed and upset about our cancelled flight and expense at having to rebook for a further three nights until our replacement flight, yet his manner was very 'couldn't cre less' unsympathetic and abrupt. Not a good image for the hotel.
