Excelente servicio

El 30 de marzo teníamos una reserva en este hotel, ya que iban a operar a mi madre y necesitábamos alojarnos cerca. Desde el primer momento nos dieron la posibilidad, en plena Semana Santa, de adaptar las fechas según la operación y nuestras necesidades.

Ese mismo día 30 por la tarde nos comunicaron en el hospital que la operación no se llevaría a cabo, por lo que cancelamos los días siguientes que teníamos reservados. Sin embargo, al día siguiente, martes 31 de marzo, nos informaron de que había habido un fallo administrativo y que esa misma tarde tendría lugar el ingreso, quedando la operación programada para el miércoles 1 de abril.

Resido en Málaga y mis padres en Ceuta, por lo que no solo supuso un desplazamiento costoso, sino también la incertidumbre de no saber cuánto tiempo tendríamos que permanecer en Cádiz. En mi caso, además, tuve que gestionarlo con mi empresa para poder disponer de esos días libres.

Se lo comunicamos al hotel y no tuvimos ningún problema en volver a ampliar la estancia durante el tiempo que fuese necesario. Quiero destacar que, en una situación tan delicada y en fechas tan señaladas, fue muy de agradecer la empatía y comprensión mostradas.

También quiero recalcar el excelente trato recibido por parte de todo el personal, tanto de recepción como de limpieza, por facilitarnos las cosas y transmitirnos tranquilidad en unos días tan difíciles y confusos.

Sin duda, volveremos.

Estuvimos.
Cons:

Solo teníamos 2 toallas de baño y éramos 3 personas, mi hijo también se seca después de ducharse.
Nos pusieron dos camas individuales juntas, una tenía el colchón hundido, la otra tenía un colchón algo más aceptable.

suelo de la ducha "peculiar" no tiene limite para el agua que cae y se inunda el espacio,peligroso

La situacion en la ciudad, es facil entrar y salirde la misma sin problemas.

Cons:

El Parking es uno publico con acuerdo de colaboracion, se encuentra a unos 80 mts. del hotel y si llevas maletas las tienes que transportar por la calle,no tienen servicio de ayuda si eres una persona mayor para estos menesteres.
