Best accommodation in Spain I've ever had - highly recommended.
Pros:

The studio was very spacious, well appointed, super comfortable and had absolutely everything I needed. The very generous breakfast brought to the room every morning was a huge bonus, as is the rooftop terrace with a swimming pool.
The staff were absolutely amazing - a special thank you goes out to Nico at reception who went the extra mile to assist me with advice on metro connections and allowed me to check out later when I had online meetings to attend to after check-out time. Also a special thank you to the housekeeping staff and especially to Marlene who looked after me so well.
I stayed here for an entire week and my only regret was leaving. Bertran was a home away from home - in fact it was better than home, because at home no-one greets me with a friendly "Buenos Dias " and a huge breakfast tray in the morning!!
Thank you Bertran, I will be back for sure.

Cons:

Nothing at all. The location is a bit out of the centre but the upside of that is that it was super quiet, even on a very busy Easter weekend. And there's 2 metro stations nearby that take you anywhere you want to go.

Pros:

O quarto é condizente com as fotos, bem equipado, estava tudo limpo e arrumado. Gostamos bastante da estadia. Outro ponto forte é a região que é bem tranquila e segura. Tem bastante comércio por perto, apesar de parecer ser bem residencial. A estação de metrô fica a 5 minutos, mas também tem ônibus para o centro. Cheguei de trem e o táxi a partir da estação custou 30 euros, fui embora pelo aeroporto e o táxi custou 62 euros. Achei justo os valores, pois estava com bastante malas e o carrinho de bebê.

Cons:

Apenas o wifi que era fraco e oscilava bastante.

Highly recommended for young families with little ones.
Pros:

Pretty much everything - but most importantly:

Staff - they were amazing, super friendly and real nice. In the world where we are heading towards automated check-ins, it was so refreshing to see a reception with lovely staff.

Housekeeping - Again, in a world where pretty much all of Europe is heading towards no housekeeping in case less than 3 days stay, they offered housekeeping every day, free of charge.

Location - Two metro stations at 5 and 10 minutes walk, plenty of grocery stores and pharmacy within 5 minutes walk, and quite a lot of food coffee shops within 10 minutes walk.

Cleanliness and comfort - the place was really clean, spacious, and beds were super comfy. They also did room service, at least for breakfast anyway.

They did provide a super comfy cot for our 18 month old baby, free of charge, which the baby enjoyed a lot and slept very well throughout the night.

One of things I generally don't like about apartments is that you have to dispose the bins and/or clean the room yourself, which we didn't have to do here, so that felt really nice change.

Overall, it felt it offered the best of the worlds of a hotel room (e.g. room service, reception, housekeeping etc.), and an apartment (e.g. spacious, kitchenette etc)

Cons:

It would have been nice to have tea/coffee and salt/pepper in the room. One of the reasons we usually book an apartment is that it becomes a lot easier to make your own tea/coffee and cook breakfast at least, so buying own tea, coffee, salt, and pepper felt a bit unnecessary, just for couple of days. But, they do offer room service, so there's that.

Sehr gut, um Barcelona zu erkunden
Pros:

Sehr sauber und freundliches Personal, verkehrstechnisch günstig gelegen, fussläufig zu Bus und U-Bahn, das Frühstück wurde pünktlich ins Zimmer gebracht . Die Bestellung hat gut funktioniert und es hat geschmeckt.

Cons:

Wir sind keine Fans von einteiligen Matratzen, aber das ist Geschmackssache
