Отель оставил в целом очень хорошее впечатление. Самое большое преимущество — это расположение. Он находится практически в самом центре города, рядом много магазинов, кафе и достопримечательностей. Номер был чистый, красивый и комфортный, всё выглядело аккуратно.
Единственное, что немного расстроило, — это отношение сотрудницы на ресепшене при заселении. Она была не очень приветливой, сложилось впечатление, что ей не особо хотелось общаться с гостями. Зато при выезде нас обслуживала другая сотрудница — очень доброжелательная и улыбчивая, ей отдельное спасибо.
Также было бы хорошо заранее предупреждать гостей, что все напитки и продукты из мини-бара оплачиваются отдельно. Нам этого при заселении не объяснили, поэтому в конце это стало неожиданностью.
В остальном всё было отлично. Отель красивый, чистый, с прекрасным расположением. Я бы с удовольствием остановился здесь ещё раз.

Le calme de la chambre, les rideaux épais, c'était insonorisé. Donc c'était parfait pour dormir. Le personnel était très accueillant, souriant, parle, anglais et très efficace. L'emplacement, près de la place Catalina, métro et épicerie à proximité.
