Aparthotel Iris

Our stay at Aparthotel Iris was fantastic. The location is great, literally a minute walk to the beach and few minutes walk to the train station. There are bars and restaurants on the doorstep of the property and others not too far away.

The ownership were very amenable and helpful with anything we needed. The apartments themselves are clean, spacious and equipped with all you could need during your stay. We had our dog with us and he immediately felt at home. We will definitely go back to this property when we return to Malgrat de Mar.

This apt has everything needed and an amazing view of the beach and sea.

I had a great experience overall, with easy access to the train, groceries-with amazing choices- and an excellent cultural enrichment.

Apparthotel très bien situé : vu sur la mer, supérette juste à côté et station (gare) et plage à 5min à pieds.
Accueil chaleureux (avec maîtrise du français donc installation et départ simple et efficace, la communication est donc facilitée, c’est très agréable!)
Joli petit appartement avec juste ce qu’il faut! Nous avons passé un bon séjour.
Le seul bémol est qu’il n’y a qu’une seule poêle et une seule casserole et qu’il n’y a pas une très bonne isolation, on entend tout ce qu’il se passe autour (extérieur comme intérieur)

Todo correcto. Si que haría falta mas menaje de cocina, que es muy escaso. También pondría una funda en el sofá para que se pueda lavar ya que la tapiceria estaba algo sucia.

The doors (to enter the building and for the apartment itself) are very hard to open. We spent a long time trying to figure it out and had to ask, on numerous occasions, other guests how to open the doors, and even after they showed us, it took a while for us to get the hang of it

The apartment was fine for two people but I would consider it small for anymore than that. The noise coming from the wine bar underneath it was quite loud until well after 1am so it would not be suit able for people with small children

Excellent location being close to bars, bus and train and within the shopping area

It was an ok experience. 3.5/5
My only complaints would be : beds are uncomfortable and there was a weird odor in the room, room not soundproof so we could hear everything people would be talking/yelling about ....
You can take a bus from the airport it costs about 22 euro (roundtrip), then walk about 10 min to get to the aparthotel.
The Staff where nice.
