L'amabilitat de tot el personal. La ubicació prop de la platja i del passeig. Habitacions confortables i netes. El self-servicie és força bo, tot i que afegiria algun plat més a la planxa.

La réservation mentionnée 2 lits simple et un lit double

Quand on arrive dans la chambre mauvaise surprise on se retrouve avec 2 lits doubles.
Bien entendu avec les enfants c'était pas trop ça, et a l'accueil la charmante hôtesse d'accueil nous dit qd dans l'hôtel ils ne font pas les lits simples que c'est Booking qui Mette leur description, alors que sur le Site de l'hôtel il y a bien des chambres avec des lits simples.

El trato que recibimos por parte del personal. Trato humano y detallista.. La bienvenida y el hacer que nos sintiéramos como en casa. EXCELENTE.

Cons:

Las instalaciones exteriores, la piscina y escasas vistas al mar desde la zona de baño. Es pequeño y te sientes agobiado. Las altas temperaturas no hacían agradable el poder estar disfrutando de un baño.

Персонал доброжелательный, завтрак неплохой, хороший напор в душе

Cons:

Отель совсем не тянет на 4 звезды, это касается всего и номер неуютный, шумоизоляция очень слабая, когда в соседнем номере принимают душ, в нашем стоял шум, на ужин из мяса были только свиные ребра и филе индейки, напитки платные, море хоть и через дорогу, но надо ещё обойти железнодорожные пути, в номере кондиционер расположен прямо напротив кровати, нет одеял в шкафу, нет воды бесплатной при заселении, это совсем не 4 звезды

Personal muy atento.
Único problema es que con el perro no puedes acceder al desayuno y tampoco la cena

En otros restaurante dejan acerlo.siempre y cuando te sientes en la terraza Ext.
Tuvimos que pagar y comer en el bar del hotel y aquí si que estaba permitido.
