Hotel Friendly secure warm welcoming and central
Pros:

Central, traditional , hotel. Almost old fashioned . 24 hr reception, and fresh faced greetings no matter ehst time of day . Position excellent I was attending a forum at the university. Oi felt part of Barcelona . I lived there self fill water stations which included sparkling . Ahhh windows that open .

Cons:

At bit worn in corners but it's also its charm. I didn't mind but there is street noise. It's central, I didn't mind , after all it's a thriving city of people indie business . Etc the city is well kept clean and cabbage trucks are out at night. Police car silently s thread the streets , And the hum of people chatting walking home can echoe. But I sure they will have quieter rooms

Perfect location
Pros:

The location is great, it couldn't be better. If in Barcelona for the tech conference, it's really convenient since the "Universitat" subway station is just behind the corner. 

Tourist attractions are all super close (la Rambla, Gothic Quarter, Sagrada Família). The taxi driver told me it's a great are an he was right. 

Staff was super nice and very helpful whenever I asked anything. The rooms are on the smaller side, but clean and no complaints.

The hotel building inside is nice and has some history, especially the breakfast floor.

I would recommend this hotel.

A short but lovely vacation.
Pros:

The hotel's location is excellent: The cleanliness is quite good, and for me, the cleanliness of the bathroom is particularly important. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is adequate. I would definitely like to stay here again. I love you, Spain :)
