I would like to make a formal complaint regarding my stay at Fergus Club Hotel.

During my stay, I experienced several serious issues:
* At check-in I was given incorrect room and parking key cards multiple times, which required me to return to reception repeatedly.
* Staff were unable to resolve the issue efficiently, despite reception not being busy.
* Parking access was not properly managed, and I was left without a functioning card after being told it would be provided later.
* Most importantly, the apartment had a very strong and unpleasant smell of urine (likely from a dog), which made it extremely difficult to stay in the room and affected my sleep throughout the stay.

This experience was far below the standard expected and significantly affected my comfort.

I am requesting appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and the poor condition of the accommodation.

Cons:

The apartment we stayed in the planta baja has a flickering lights with sound. Seems like a ghost room. Also very sticky the floor by the sofa, they didnt clean well. I liked the first apartment we stayed before but this one is so claustrophobic.
