Great service! Clean and great breakfast
Buffet breakfast was very good. Well prepared. However, for clients staying for more than 3 days it becomes redundant. It is the same food everyday
The room itself was very modern, with twin beds, tea-making facilities, and a clever Bluetooth system that played music from speakers in both the room and bathroom — a great touch. The only downside was the sliding bathroom door, which was quite stiff and difficult to use

Room and bathroom were clean, and the small refrigerator in the room was very convenient.
No iron or ironing board in the room, though; had to sign those out from the front desk.
Staff was the usual mix: some very helpful, a few dismissive / a step above impolite.
There were too many people at reception. The other staff were distracting the check in people because I think they were being trained? I don’t know but it took forever to check in and it was annoying! Their English was ok but too many people standing around doing nothing!

Woken up in the middle of night by staff member because they assigned me wrong room. The room was also small and dark.
The hotel was good, but nothing out of the extraordinary. I wished I had selected something closer to all the interesting points as I ended up spending more on cabs that I had anticipated.
It was fine
Great location close to the Sagrada Familia but small. We wanted 2 twin beds -- well we had 2 twin beds but they had to be so close to each other that it was really 1 king bed and not much other space in the room (could barely get my suitcase between the foot of the bed and the wall)
