Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder mit Frühstück buchen.
Pros:

Mit der U Bahn L3 war das Hotel sehr gut zu erreichen. Das Personal war sehr nett, die Zimmer bestens.
Auch der kleine Pool auf dem Dach hat für Entspannung gesorgt.
Den Fitnessraum haben wir nicht besucht.
Es gab ein abwechslungsreiches Frühstück, sogar frisch ausgepresster O Saft war vorhanden. Das Abendessen war sehr schmackhaft.

Cons:

Da unter anderem eine Gruppe Pilgerreisender, vmtl aus Amerika, das Hotel besuchte, war es an 2 Abenden mehr als extrem laut. Beschwert haben wir uns nicht. Sogar für das Personal war es eine Zumutung!
Am 2. Abend wurden wir daher, ca 12 Privatreisende mit 1 Kind, gebeten, erst um 20:30 zum Essen zu kommen, dann wäre die Gruppe fertig . Daran haben wir uns auch gehalten, Gleichzeitg erfuhren wir aber, dass gegen 21 Uhr schon die nächste Gruppe erwartet wurde. Also hatten wir 30 Min um in Ruhe" gemütlich" zu essen.
Auf die Frage, ob wir nicht in dem Bereich, der für das a la Carte Essen gedacht war und nur 3 Tische besetzt waren, hätten ausweichen dürfen, wurde dies verneint.
So schön wie die Tage ansonsten waren, war dies leider ein Flop.

Muy buena estancia en una zona tranquila
Pros:

La habitación era espaciosa y moderna y la cama muy cómoda. Me encantó especialmente el baño, todo en blanco y negro. El gimnasio está muy completo y tuve la suerte de tenerlo solo para mí. El rooftop también es espectacular, con unas vistas increíbles sobre Barcelona y servicio de bar directamente desde la mesa a través de un QR.

También me gustó mucho la zona, cerca de Gràcia pero más residencial y tranquila. Si ya conoces Barcelona, como es mi caso, y quieres estar un poco más alejado de las zonas turísticas, está genial.

Cons:

Nada en especial, la verdad. Estuve muy a gusto.

Pros:

La extrema amabilidad en recepción, me ofrecieron una habitación de categoría superior y fueron comprensivos con una situación personal delicada. Contaban con habitación con baño adaptado de condiciones extraordinarias. A pesar de que había muchos clientes en ambiente festivo el hotel era silencioso y tranquilo, limpio y detallista.

Cons:

Que se cortó la luz un poco antes del check out (avisaron que iba a haber cortes, y lo entiendo perfectamente, lo único que fueron un poco antes de lo previsto y me pilló por sorpresa)

Para um Hotel de 4 estrelas pode deixar a desejar em alguns aspetos.
Pros:

Hotel limpo, confortável, os funcionários são bastante atenciosos, os serviços de quarto não demoram muito a chegar, o quarto é espaçoso e apresenta tudo o que é necessário.

Cons:

O Hotel situa-se numa rua com uma inclinação acentuada. A distância até à estação de metro mais próxima é razoável no entanto a linha verde é bastante prezável pelo seu trajeto. Infelizmente tive a visita inesperada de uma barata num dos dias que cheguei ao hotel depois de explorar a cidade. É necessário que haja algum controlo sobre este assunto dado que não fui o primeiro cliente a ter a mesma experiência. Ambas as entradas de USB junto da cama não funcionavam, o que me impossibilitou de carregar o telemóvel na mesa de cabeceira. A isolação de som exterior não é a melhor.
