The pool was awesome with a ice view. Also water in the fridge was on the house along with haribo gummies :) our kids loved those!
Location and parking in front is a bit limited and to get to Lesseps takes time. It’s uphill. Though the parc is nice.

It was clean, and housekeeping was everyday, facilities were modern and useful. The staff was friendly

Slippers was not provided as part of the room booking, for sleepers upgrade was requested.
Overall is great. The TV was funky and too complicated to use, and swimming pool hours are inconvenient (11-20).

Barkeeper hat immer betont, dass er um 23 Uhr Feierabend macht, aber um 22:59 wollte er uns keine Drinks mehr machen, obwohl wir extra gelaufen sind und die Abende vorher auch immer etwas getrunken hatten.

The glorious pool with the beautiful views. The pillows were so comfortable. The bathroom mirror was great.

The breakfast was great, I loved being able to order my eggs from the omelette station. Great selection of items and I enjoyed the fresh squeezed orange juice.
The rooftop pool and the deck area, is not very large. It doesn’t look like somewhere I’d personally want to take my kids to swim and play, but yet that’s what people did. I think that was super misleading, maybe an adult only time period should be established. Also, almost every day of my stay I was woken up by children running back and forth above me or wherever they were. If you are looking for sleep and mature relaxation unfortunately this is not where you come. A lot of kids running around during breakfast also. Lastly, I’m not a fan of how a basic thing like water was being rationed. I asked for a refill of water from the bar and was told that the management frowns upon that. I was going into the gym to refill my water, hint hint.
