Warm maar heerlijk geslapen en gegeten!
Pros:

Ontbijt was fantastisch. Wat veel keus en alles was lekker. Heerlijk fruit en lekkere eitjes die gemaakt werden. Personeel was ook behulpzaam. 1 keer gegeten in het restaurant. Was ook heerlijk. Barkeeper kon erg goed Engels en was erg vriendelijk

Cons:

Het loopje van de metro naar het hotel. Was flink doorpakken met koffers. Daarnaast was het een mooi dakzwembad met super mooi uitzicht maar zwembad was wel heel klein.

La vue de la piscine.
Les lits de la chambre familiale.
Le personnel très sympathique

Cons:

Le bruit de la climatisation, insupportable.
Un chien enfermé dans une chambre et qui aboie a 7h du matin, pendant 30 minutes.
La douche sale et cassée

Pros:

Habitación amplia y baño de buen tamaño. La ubicación es alejada del centro, no hay restoranes o cafés cerca. Los uber o taxi son caros desde el hotel a cualquier parte.

Je reviendrai mais dans une chambre avec plus de lumière et de vue
Pros:

Hôtel bien placé roof top avec piscine très agréable, bonne literie et bon accueil

Cons:

La chambre au 1er étage qui donnait sur une petite cour : trop sombre et pas de vue

Bien! Habitación excelente, atención al cliente excelente, desayuno muy mejorable!
Pros:

Quiero destacar que los chicos de la recepción fueron exquisitos en su trato hacia mi, muy serviciales y educados.
La habitación en la 1º planta estaba especialmente bien, decorada encantó.

Cons:

El desayuno a pesar de estar bien, sin mas, está realmente mal organizado, se juntaros dos grupos diferentes de turistas a la misma vez y ocuparan el Buffet durante mas de 1 hora.
Volví por segunda vez y seguía con menos gente pero todavía con colas, fue bastante desagradable, sobre todo si vas de trabajo como era mi caso y el tiempo no te sobra.
Creo que esto deben organizarlo mejor, o que desayunen en otra sala o que lo hagan de forma escalonada, o la solución que ellos vean, pero meter a presión como en el metro de Tokio a la gente a desayunar no me parece nada lo ideal para una compañía como Catalonia.
