There is no soundproofing in the room. If you are not staying on the fifth floor, be prepared for noise from above, and since the hotel is family-type, children will be jumping around constantly. And in the morning you will be woken up by the noise of children rushing from above. It is always noisy in the corridors. For some reason, most tourists are sure that it is necessary to talk loudly in the corridor. I was also extremely outraged by the presence of a nightclub right in the hotel. On the nights when the nightclub is open, the walls in the hotel shake from loud music, and you do not sleep all night. The hotel itself is family-type, so a nightclub in the hotel is completely out of place, but just a way to make money. The hotel staff is extremely unfriendly. Upon arrival, I was met by an administrator who did not even say hello, did not tell me how to get to the room or where I could have a snack. It was 21:45, we arrived with children, the children were hungry, but the administrator did not care. The staff at the pool, the lifeguards - finally learn English instead of talking to each other all day long with some jokes unrelated to work. The administrators at the entrance to the restaurant are not friendly at all. The restaurant is noisy and stuffy, there are queues for food. The staff is in no hurry to clear the dishes and sometimes I had to eat in a mountain of dirty dishes at the next table. The cleaners in the rooms do not hesitate to rummage through bags in an attempt to steal money, there was even an attempt to open a suitcase. The hotel is noisy everywhere. If you want to have a quiet rest with a child, then this is not the place for you

Jedzenie pyszne, obsluga powinna byc bardziej wyrozumiala jeżeli chodzi o sytuacje losowe

Lokalizacja, pyszne jedzenie

Cons:

Obsługa-brak możliwości wzięcia jedzenia do pokoju dla chorego dziecka (17 lat) czy wody pomimo all incl. Jak również wzięcia kawy na balkon.

Hôtel qui porte bien ses 4 étoiles
Les chambres sont petites mais bien agencé, du coup en couple avec 1enfantde 7 ans, c'était parfait.
Personnel de service au top, chambre bien nettoyé avec le respect du client..
Repas très bon, avec buffet bien varié et très copieux.
Les piscines sont top, avec tobogans et maitre nageur en permanence, ce qui est vraiment très rassurant.
Vraiment pas déçu de cet hôtel que je recommande sans aucunes réserve...

leuk zwempark, matig hotel
Pros:

het waterpark is perfect met kleine en grotere kinderen. genoeg plek om te zitten en meestal een bar voor drinken in de buurt. wel wat koud water (niet verwarmd).
de kamer was ruim opgezet en we hadden mooi uitzicht op zee.
qua eten was er elke dag verse broodjes en vers fruit. eten was elke dag redelijk hetzelfde maar wel goed.

Cons:

door het all-inclusive concept en de erg langzame bediening hierbij waren er vrijwel overal hele lange rijen.
voor een drankje moest je dan ook meestal 15 minuten in de rij staan. en voor het avondeten was er ook standaard een rij.
Verder miste er informatie over de 'spelregels' een boek oid zou handig zijn.
in de kamen miste er dingen zoals een droogrek voor handdoeken, trekker om de vloer droog te maken.
er zitten veel britten hier (ca. 3/4) die erg luid zijn en het is tot diep in de nacht onrustig.

Für sparsame Familien absolut zu empfehlen, für Paare ohne Kinder auf Lautstärke hinweisen.
Pros:

Für Familien mit Kinder für wenig Geld ein tolles Hotel mit sehr guter Poolanlage.
Die Lage ist die beste der Gegend. Personal super. Zimmer top. Preis-Leistung trotz kleiner Abstriche wirklich sehr gut.
Frühstück war sehr gut, Mittag und Abendessen durch die Warmhaltemethode mit Abstrich.

Cons:

Ziemlich laut beim essen. Warmspeisen sollten bedarfsgerechter zubereitet werden, Warmschalen sind alle bergeweise befüllt lieber wäre es mir notfalls kurz zu warten sodass es direkt vom Grill auf mein Teller kommt und nicht zu kalt aus der Schale. Fischgerichte haben mir nicht geschmeckt, da ich sehr gern Fisch esse fand ich es ein bisschen schade.

Parc aquatique au top 👌
Pros:

Chambre petite pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants les 2 lits sont collés, vue mer , chambre propre avec petit frigo .. restaurant avec beaucoup de choix .. L’espace piscine est très bien avec les Toboggans et les jeux à la pataugeoire pirate ..

Cons:

L’attente est vraiment trop long au bar de la piscine, un seul serveur pour le bar .. Si vous prenez du snacking (frites calamars steack , glace ) il vous faut refaire la queue pour les boissons, la personne ne va pas aider le barmaid qui est débordé.. Bcp d’enfants dans l’hôtel c’est assez bruyant 😏

En general fue todo muy bien, pero sobretodo el restaurante la comida había variedad y muy buena, el personal muy amable y sobretodo el metre Didac muy profesional y servicial .
