Le personnel de la réception , les femmes de ménage , le personnel du restaurant .
Toutes ces personnes sont très professionnelles .

Cons:

Tout était très bien , je n'ai pas trouvé de fausse note.

Maravilloso destino
Pros:

Todo el hotel muy limpio y acogedor las instalaciones muy cuidadas y una ubicación excelente el trato del personal maravilloso lo recomiendo 100%

Solo por señalar algo los postres en el bufet estaban escasos sobretodo para quienes viajamos con niños

Freundliches Personal, sehr bequeme Zimmer , gutes Frühstück und Abendessen. Wellnessbereich auch schön (2h waren bei der Buchung über Booking bei uns inklusive, sonst zahlt man 15 euro)

Cons:

Beschriftung bei den Speisen war bei uns manchmal verkehrt, aber sonst war das Essen gut. Lediglich bei den Früchten könnte es etwas mehr Abwechslung geben :)

El servicio del hotel, las habitaciones y nos dieron una promoción de una hora de SPA con copa de cava incluida. Muchísimas Gracias!

Cons:

La chica de recepción el día de check out no estaba bien coordinada con su compañero cuando acordé a la llegar, que el primero se haría a las 2pm en vez de las 12. Pero fue algo momentaneo.

Hotel correcto . Las instalaciones están bien.

Cons:

Masificado por grupos de tercera edad. En realidad no es un problema pero no había una buena gestión. No es un hotel para familias.

El personal muy poco agradable. Malas formas, te atienden lo justo ni tan siquiera un saludo. Deberían reflexionarlo. Un trabajador contento no actúa de esta manera.
El buffet con muy poca variedad.
Si vas con niños no hay surtido. Ni tan siquiera nutella ni sirope de chocolate. Croissants pequeños era lo único de bollería.
La reposición lenta te tenías que esperar.
Se quedaron sin servílletas, tazas etc
