I booked an all-inclusive package, and in my reservation it clearly stated that activities, spa access, and all drinks were included. However, upon arrival, this was not the case at all.
For drinks, only one type of beer was included, while everything else either required extra payment or was simply unavailable. This does not match what was advertised in the booking.
Additionally, the booking indicated that the all-inclusive service starts at 9:00 AM, but at the hotel, I was informed it only begins at 11:00 AM.
The spa was also listed as included in my reservation, yet when I tried to use it, I was told I had to pay extra.
Finally, I noticed a clear difference in treatment depending on the language spoken — guests who spoke French appeared to receive better service.
Overall, this experience did not meet the expectations set by the booking, and I find this misleading and disappointing

La literie manque de confort et le mobilier dans les
Chambres commence a faire viello.
Par contre faire payer la salle de sport 5€ par personne pour 2hrs je trouve ça pas normal.

Hôtel propre, le personnel très gentil et accueillant. Piscine agréable proche de la plage. Les chambres sont correctes et propres.
Le restaurant est grand mais peu de variétés au buffet. Toujours la même chose le matin, aussi bien les légumes que le reste. Pas de choix. Le soir idem, pas terrible et cher par rapport à l'hôtel à côté où nous avons goûté leur buffet. Il était moins cher et de meilleure qualité avec beaucoup de variétés dans les plats.

Tout était très bien dans l'ensemble, l'endroit est très bien situé et desservi pas les transports en commun. Idéal à plein d'égard. Buffets suffisants pour le prix. Personnel très agréable et à l'écoute. Piscine et transats suffisants. Soirée animées qui se termine assez tôt pour profiter du reste de la nuit au calme, avec bar, terrasse et salon, sympa. A côté de la plage, c'était parfait.
Tout était très bien dans l'ensemble, mais matelas un peu dur quand on n'y est pas habitué. Acoustique chambre pa terrible par contre, nous entendions les voisins et tous les bruits de couloir la nuit. Je conseille de dormir avec de bons bouchons d'oreille et de ne pas trop faire de bruit pour respecter les voisins. Chambre 541, les cloisons de la salle de bain sont vitrée (voilées blanches) entièrement donc pour les bruits de WC ce n'est pas discret et dès qu'on allumait la lumière la nuit cela éclairait la chambre. Pas top pour l'intimité WC et le sommeil de l'autre. Pour la salle de bain, ce n'était néanmoins pas le cas de toutes les autres chambres visiblement.
L'emplacement est très bien. Nous avons apprécié les 2 heures de SPA offert. Pdj et repas midi soir beaucoup de choix. Et le personnel très sympathique, et petit plus beaucoup parle français.

L'hôtel est idéalement placé. Face à la mer , juste à côté de la gare et à proximité des commerces.
Le buffet à volonté ( all inclusive ) était parfait, nous nous sommes régalés en tout point.
C'est très varié et il y en a pour tous les goûts.
La chambre est parfaite, suffisamment grande pour 2,3 ou 4 personnes.
La literie est très bien et très propre.
Vous avez la télé avec des chaînes françaises. Un coffre fort qui fonctionne avec votre carte de chambre.
Les serviettes de bain sont comprises dans la formule.
Notre douche était très spacieuse.
Petit point important, si vous souhaitez du calme ne venez pas la semaine du poker.
Le manque de ventilation dans la salle de bain.
Il y a un manque de savoir-vivre en communauté pour mal de touristes .
Le claquement des portes de chambre qui sont très lourdes, rire dans les couloirs à 3h , ou parler entre voisins à 7h du matin.
Mais l'hôtel n'est pas responsable du comportement des vacanciers , il y a des panneaux d'indication à tous les étages pour dire d'être silencieux dans les couloirs.

Having to pay for use of the gym and the spa.
Meal experience at the restaurant was very poor as a vegan, with only salad ingredients available, and some roasted vegetables. No GF options either. It's almost as if meal requirements are a new concept in this establishment.
Small and dated room. Definitely not a 4 star hotel.
Walls are so thin you hear the guests next door snoring.
Had to shut the bathroom window or else kitchen fumes would get in.
If you have to stay in the area, as I had to in my case for an event, and dislike this type of tourism, you could try a rental apartment or airbnb.
