Pros:

El lugar es precioso y encantador. La ubicación era perfecta en relación a nuestro destino. El personal del hotel muy atento y servicial en todo momento. La habitación comoda, limpia y agradable decoracion, con vistas al precioso entorno. La cena y desayuno, excelente, comida tradicional catalana casera, producto muy fresco y natural. La estancia fue en familia y la verdad, todos estuvimos agusto. Repetiremos sin duda.

Cons:

En general todo nos gusto, lo único que creo que es un detalle, es el tema ascensor, se han de subir unos pocos escalones para llegar a donde esta. Pese a eso, considero que es un excelente hotel, lo recomendaria.

Todo en el hotel es muy bonito y limpio.

Cons:

En el SPA hay una sauna. Y allí estaba solo 40 grados… es un poco frío para invierno! Pero piscina es caliente.

Descans a La Coma
Pros:

Fantàstic hotel al poble de Setcases. Bona ubicació. Habitació neta i llit molt còmode. Vam sopar al restaurant i estava tot molt bo. L'esmorzar tipus buffet excel·lent. Personal molt amable i atent.

Relación calidad precio, elevado
Pros:

Habitación con camas y almohadas súper cómodas (al menos para nosotros), muy limpio.

Cons:

Destacaría a mejorar la poca insonorización respecto a las habitaciones colindantes, escuchábamos a los de al lado, y el día que nos marchábamos el servicio de limpieza a las 8h nos despertó.

Accueil chaleureux, chambre jolie et confortable, rapport qualité/prix au top 👌
Le restaurant est absolument fabuleux, les plats traditionnels délicieux et copieux, le personnel très sympathique.
Le petit déjeuner buffet très bien aussi.
Et que dire de l’apéro devant la cheminée après une journée de ski…extraordinaire !!!

Molt recomenable i molt amigable amb nens
Pros:

El restaurant és excel·lent; menjar i tracte encara millor. La zona spa i la.zona comú tambe és molt comode i bonica.

Cons:

Al check in ens van tractar com si pel fet d'haver reservat per booking tinguessim menys privilegis com haver de pagar el spa. Com si reservant directaemnt a la seva web no.
