Pros:

Grande piscine, musique, hôtel moderne, personnel sympathique, vue mer et piscine.
Chambre propre, bien décorée, bien équipée.
Le matelas était confortable.
L'hôtel est proche des boîtes et dans le centre, pratique !
Petit déjeuner gargantuesque !

No hay reposeras ni para el 10% de la demanda . Retacean las toallasNo dan agua de cortesía pese a que la demanda grifo no es potable. No dan hielo a la habitación. Falta personal .

Hotel meraviglioso!
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato con mia moglie in questo hotel per una settimana e possiamo dire che è stato uno dei migliori in cui abbiamo mai alloggiato, sia per il comfort che per la qualità dei servizi offerti.

La struttura è moderna, curata nei minimi dettagli e caratterizzata da ampi spazi che la rendono piacevole da vivere in ogni momento della giornata. La posizione è davvero eccellente: si trova a pochi passi dalle famose discoteche Ushuaïa e Hï Ibiza, rendendolo la scelta ideale per chi desidera vivere la movida di Ibiza senza rinunciare alla comodità. Inoltre, l'hotel è ottimamente collegato con il resto dell'isola grazie alle fermate degli autobus situate a pochi metri dall'ingresso, che permettono di raggiungere facilmente Ibiza città e le altre principali località. Tutta la zona è inoltre ricca di ristoranti, bar e supermercati, offrendo ogni servizio necessario a breve distanza.

Abbiamo scelto una camera Superior con vista mare, davvero bella, luminosa e sufficientemente spaziosa per il nostro soggiorno. Un dettaglio che abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato è stato il minibar gratuito, rifornito ogni giorno, una piccola attenzione che fa davvero la differenza.

La pulizia della camera è stata impeccabile durante tutta la vacanza. Anche il personale merita una menzione speciale: sia alla reception che al ristorante abbiamo trovato sempre persone gentili, sorridenti e disponibili, pronte ad aiutarci con professionalità. Abbiamo inoltre apprezzato il fatto che diversi membri dello staff parlino anche italiano, un valore aggiunto che rende il soggiorno ancora più semplice e piacevole.

Ottimo anche il ristorante sulla spiaggia, che offre un'ampia varietà di piatti e rappresenta un'ottima soluzione per pranzare senza allontanarsi dall'hotel, con la possibilità di ripararsi dal sole durante le ore più calde.

Cons:

Non abbiamo apprezzato il bagno separato dalla camera da una parete in vetro trasparente, una soluzione di design moderna ma che, a nostro avviso, non garantisce la privacy che ci si aspetta. Avremmo inoltre preferito la presenza di comodini ai lati del letto, la cui assenza è risultata un po' scomoda durante il soggiorno.

Per quanto riguarda la mezza pensione, abbiamo trovato il buffet della cena piuttosto ripetitivo nel corso della settimana e con una scelta non particolarmente ampia. Anche la qualità complessiva delle proposte ci è sembrata inferiore rispetto ad altre strutture della stessa categoria in cui abbiamo soggiornato in passato.

Si tratta comunque di aspetti che non hanno minimamente compromesso la qualità della nostra vacanza.
