Clean room and friendly staff! This hotel is conveniently located near the subway which makes it easy to get around town from here.

We loved the Hotel Hauser. It was so conveniently located to many restaurants as well as being close to the subway. Even though the area around the hotel is very popular, our room was really quiet. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a lovely breakfast, which we enjoyed each morning of our stay. We would definitely stay there again.

とても素晴らしいホテル。2万円以下、朝食付、中心部、取消無料、現地払いで絞り、家庭的な雰囲気に惹かれて予約。空港からはS1にMoosachでU3乗り換え。S8を使い徒歩でMarienplatzからも可能。ホテル周辺は飲食店多数。観光地へも徒歩圏内。部屋はこぢんまりだが、機能的で使いやすく、手入れが行き届いる。騒音もなく静か。朝食も充実していてドイツらしい。温かい紅茶とコーヒーもある。checkinとcheckoutも対面で安心。アメニティはタオル大小と兼用の液体石鹸のみ。歯ブラシ、スリッパ、パジャマ、シャンプーなどは部屋になし。宿泊客はドイツ語話者中心で便利な場所にありながら落ち着きのあるホテル。

Nice overall, small rooms but ok. The best part was the breakfast, very nice with lots of things to choose from.

Zentral gelegen, freundlich, ordentlich, sauber ohne viel Drumherum

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, weshalb draußen sehr lebhaft ist, wovon allerdings in den Zimmern nichts zu merken ist. Die Zimmer sind klein, dabei gut ausgestattet. Insgesamt ein sehr gepflegtes und angenehm zurückhaltendes Haus, das ohne viel Aufsehen auskommt.
Das Frühstück ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet.

Für einen Aufenthalt in München eine ausgezeichnete Wahl.

中心駅から徒歩30分程度だが、近くに駅もあり中心街まで歩ける距離なので問題無し。近くにスーパーもあるので良かった。部屋は狭いが、コンパクトにまとまっており利用しやすかった。コインランドリーがあると思って予約したが無かった。フロントでは道の説明もしてくれ、非常に親切で助かった。

If you can manage with the tiny rooms, tiny elevator, and retro decor, this is a great little hotel in the popular Schwabing area. Public transportation connections are excellent.
Service is very attentive, rooms are spick and span clean, and the German breakfast buffet (included!) is fresh with many delicious options.

Lite äldre hotell, inte lyxigt alls men väldigt rent och snyggt! Rummen städades varje morgon, mycket bra service och väldigt god frukost! Åker gärna dit igen!

I was so impressed with how organized and clean everything was in my room. Small but well kept. It's only about 30 minutes on foot to Marienplatz and all the touristy things that make Munich so much fun.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich super gelegen und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Leider ist jedoch das gesamte Hotel (Einrichtung und Dekoration) sehr altmodisch.
Die Auswahl beim Frühstück empfanden wir als zu gering. Die Brötchen waren sehr latschig.

Friendly staff and amazing hotel in general!

Super gelegen zu U-Bahn Universität, die direkt zum Omypiapark führt. Ist also gut gelegen für ein Konzert oder Anlass im Olympiastadion. Sehr feines Frühstücksbuffet und sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer eher klein aber sauber und wenn man es nur als Übernachtung benutzt, ideal.
