Good public transport connections (bus station to S/U-bahn or tram stations right in front of the hotel), clean room, free underground parking garage, helpful staff, yummy breakfast.

Cons:

Sound insulation is poor (when other people were unlocking the door to their room, we thought someone was entering our room).
