Pros:

An diesem Hotel gefällt mir einfach alles, nicht umsonst bin ich regelmäßig dort. Das Personal ist immer freundlich, gut gelaunt, hilfsbereit und serviceorientiert.
Die Zimmer sind sauber, geräumig und modern eingerichtet. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auch das Restaurant Almgrill ist sehr empfehlenswert!

Cons:

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen.

Best Western niet geheel waardig

Kamer was prima. Faciliteiten op de kamer ook. Helaas vond ik het jammer en niet erg handig dat het bed in een hoek stond. 1 Persoon moet daarom vanaf de achterkant het bed in en uit of over de ander heen als deze in bed ligt. Het ontbijt en diner in het restaurant waren prima.

Cons:

Wij waren te vroeg en konden daarom niet gelijk op de kamer. Dat wisten we. We kozen ervoor om met een drankje te wachten in het zicht vd receptie. Toen ik na 1500uur naar de receptie ging was de kamer nog niet klaar. Toen ik rond 1530uur het nogmaals vroeg omdat ik zag dat andere gasten konden inchecken, bleek dat onze kamer ook al klaar was. We hadden graag even een seintje gehad van 1 vd 2 receptionistes.
Al met al hadden we van een Best Western Hotel wat meer verwacht. Prijs/kwaliteit viel mij wat tegen

Sehr gutes Hotel für einen Zwischenstopp
Pros:

Gut ausgestattetes Hotel mit bequemen Betten.
Wir waren während der Hitzewelle mit 39 Grad dort. Die Klimaanlage hat das Zimmer gut zum Schlafen herunter gekühlt.
Schöner Bereich zum Frühstücken mit ausgezeichnetem Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Wir hatten versucht über den Chat von booking.com einen Parkplatz im Innenhof zu reservieren. Leider haben wir keine Antwort erhalten. Beim Check in waren dann alle Parkplätze belegt. Wir trafen erst um 17:00 Uhr ein. Das Zimmer das wir beim Check in bekommen haben, war noch nicht fertig. Wir mussten noch 10 Minuten warten bis das Reinigungspersonal ihre Arbeit abgeschlossen hatte.

Das Frühstück ist Weltklasse, ebenso der Wellness Bereich.

Cons:

Wir haben ein Zimmer bekommen mit defekter Klimaanlage. Bei 30 Grad im Zimmer und 35 Grad außen. Schwach, dass die Klimsanlage defwkt ist wusste man sicher auch schon vorher.
Nach Diskussionen, dass wir keinen Ventilator wollen, hat man uns dann ein anderes Zimmer angeboten. Hier war die Badewannen Armatur defekt wie der Drücker der Klospülung.

Schade eigentlich, wenn der Investitions und Reparaturstau gelöst wäre ein tolles Hotel!

Een echte aanrader, sfeervol hotel met airco en een voortreffelijk ontbijt en restaurant.
Pros:

Luxe hotel dicht bij de snelweg. Een van de weinige hotels in Duitsland met airco op de kamer. En het ontbijt was voortreffelijk zo uitgebreid zelden gehad en we zijn al in veel luxe hotels geweest. Jammer dat we op doorreis waren hier hadden wij graag best nog een nacht extra willen boeken.
