Ich hätte gern vor Buchung gelesen, dass der Wellnessbereich erst ab 15 Uhr geöffnet hat.
Der Service im Restaurant war leider etwas langsam / Unaufmerksamkeit, dennoch sehr freundlich.

Pros:

Das Spa ist unglaublich, groß, gemütlich, komfortabel. Davon waren wir in einem Hotel sehr überrascht.
Das Frühstück ist wirklich zu empfehlen, Qualität und Auswahl suchen ihresgleichen, vor allem in dieser Preisklasse und das Hotel ist allgemein sehr sehr schön und vermittelt eine sehr warme Atmosphäre, durch Einrichtung und Mitarbeiter. Die Kissenauswahl ist ein Extra, durch das sich das Hotel wirklich abhebt.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer lag im Erdgeschoss zum Parkplatz hin und war schon etwas älter, vor allem in der Einrichtung und Gestaltung, allerdings gibt es verschiedene Kategorien
