住宅街の真ん中にありとても静かで落ち着ける。
オリンピックの試合会場に近く、地下鉄Ⓜ️Ｍ２の駅まで徒歩7分くらい。
中心街や中央駅へのアクセスも良く
マルペランサ国際空港へも乗り継ぎが良い
バーが併設されていてコーヒーフリー

Cons:

熱いお湯は沢山出るがシャワー🚿しかない
他も同じだが、ウォシュレットはない
アメニティグッズは最低限のもののみ

It was overall clean.

Cons:

The room was FREEZING. Not only the heater was off, the AC was on and no remote available in the room to turn it off. The bed and the pillow were unconfortable and I could hear the receptionist talking/arguing at the middle of the night.
