Unas vacaciones estupendas, con la playa a un paso y en un hotel que te sientes como en casa
Pros:

La ubicación, las vistas de la habitación y sobre todo, la amabilidad de todo el personal, recepción, comedor…
La comidas del bufete, muy buena y variada
Lo recomendaría sin duda

Cons:

Por poner un pero, las almohadas no demasiado cómodas, pero lo comentamos en recepción y lo solucionaron rápidamente

😑 в результате номер , который получили сооьветыовал описанию и был нормальный балкон .
Pros:

Отель оставил крайне негативное впечатление, нормальный отдых начался только после скандала на ресепшене. К плюсам можно отнести то, что после долгого открытого спора на ресепшене мы все-таки добились своего оплаченного номера. На этом позитив заканчивается.

Cons:

Подумайте дважды, прежде чем бронировать этот отель, нервов вы потратите. Начнем с того, что заселили нас на 2 часа позже — в 16:00 вместо 14:00, но в позднем выезде при этом отказали. Свой законный номер мы получили только после открытого спора с администрацией.
Прежде чем получить номер, за который мы заплатили, нам дважды пытались подсунуть некондицию. Первый номер был крошечным (около 15 кв.м) и не соответствовал брони. Во втором номере была куча дефектов, включая заклинившую стеклянную дверь в туалет, из-за чего санузлом нельзя было пользоваться. Номинальный балкон оказался неопознанным объектом исключительно для размещения табуретки . Состояние отеля и странная планировка: Здание и фасад очень старые, несмотря на заявленную реновацию. Планировка номеров поражает наповал в плохом смысле: раковина для умывания находится прямо в комнате. Сама ванная комната отгорожена чисто стеклянными перегородками, что абсолютно непрактично и неудобно.

Кондиционеры работают очень слабо, в жару в номере душно. Мини-холодильник изначально вообще не работал. Нам принесли замену, но новый оказался настолько слабым, что в нем невозможно было охладить даже уходовые крема для лица, не говоря уже о напитках.
