Ambiente tranquillo, comodo e accogliente al centro dei servizi di Firenze
Pros:

L'albergo si trova a due passi dalla Stazione di Santa Maria Novella e, di conseguenza, alle linee di tram di Firenze che forniscono collegamenti a gran parte dei servizi della città. Inoltre, in un quarto d'ora a piedi si possono raggiungere la maggior parte dei luoghi di interesse del centro.
Il personale della reception ha una gentilezza squisita, una grande attenzione ai bisogni dei clienti ed è sempre disponibile ad accogliere persone (e bagagli!) anche dopo il check-out. Inoltre, mi è stata offerto, gratuitamente, un upgrade della camera.
La camera era fornita di tutto il necessario, pulita e munita di un ottimo bagno. Entrambe gli ambienti erano ben insonorizzati, grazie alla presenza dei doppi serramenti.

Cons:

Qualche mobile in camera presenta dei piccoli segni di usura, ma è tutto perfettamente utilizzabile.

Soggiorno squisito!
Struttura pulita, elegante, e personale accogliente e molto disponibile. Sono stati in grado di soddisfare ogni mia richiesta. Camera spaziosa e pulita. Posizione ideale, per girare firenze a piedi. Vicina al centro e comoda per tutti i servizi. Consiglierò sicuramente l’hotel Montreal ai miei amici e conoscenti.

We liked that we could walk to it with our luggage from the train station. We liked that it was close to a great area.
We loved that it was clean and it had an elevator.
The front desk workers were very nice and cheerful.
The price was very good for a 3 person room with a queen and a twin bed for our family of 3.

Cons:

The street it is located on is not as clean or safe feeling as when you get a couple blocks away. Although it is a safe area. The room was small for 3 people but it worked and the price was fair.

Otel, rezervasyonu yaptığım ilk gün sanal kartımdan ilk gece ücretini kesmişti, otel vardığım gün ise sanal kartımın numarasıyla fiziki kartımın farklı olması nedeniyle daha önce yapılmış olan ilk gece ödemem algılayamadı ve ilk gece için fiyatını iptal edip iptal fişi verildi ve daha sonra tüm fiyat fiziki kartımdan tekrar çekildi... iptali gerçekleştirilen ilk gece ödemem 5 gün geçmesine rağman hala kartıma yansımadı, otel bankanızdan kaynaklı olabileceğini ve sürecin haftalara yayılabileceğini belirtti....Sürecin beni mağdur etmeyeceğini umuyorum.

Le receptionist sono state impeccabili, chiare, sempre sorridenti e disponibili.
Apprezzato moltissimo il deposito bagagli gratuito.
Camera in ordine con uno spazioso terrazzo.

Cons:

Purtroppo la colazione svolta nell' hotel a fianco non è stata splendida, il posto è bellissimo. Ma una spremuta d'arancia 8€ fuori dal buffet della colazione non si può sentire.
Sarebbe stata gradita un po' di privacy in più nel terrazzo.

Esperienza molto positiva, appena arrivati ci hanno omaggiato con una bella stanza migliore rispetto a quella prenotata, bello e ampio pure il bagno. Massima accoglienza e gentilezza. Pulizia e igiene degli ambienti al top. Vicino alla stazione e alle attrazioni principali. Consigliatissimo!
