Cons:

stanza fatiscente, in una struttura adiacente alla principale. Un percorso complicato e tortuoso per arrivare alla mia camera, La doccia munita di vecchia tenda e bidet incorporato nella doccia, e pavimento con crepe. Giustificazione bisognava guardare la descrizione che parlava di doccia e non di box doccia

フロントの方の対応が素晴らしかったです。過不足なく、心地よいサービスでした。

Cons:

部屋の照明が切れていてベッドサイドのライトで過ごしました。言いに行こうと思ったのですが夜間だったので諦めました。部屋は狭かったけど一人だったので仕方がないと思いました。二人だったら辛いと思います。

Pros:

hotel letteralmente a 5min dalla stazione smn, zona tranquilla sia di giorno che di notte si può camminare tranquilla mentalmente (per lo meno io non ho avuto problemi). Staf super gentile, sia all'ingresso che all'interno della struttura è ben curato e pulito. Letto nella media per quanto riguarda la comodità però tutto sommato va bene, bagno uguale super curato e molto carino con le decorazioni a parete.
Se si cerca un hotel ad un buon costo per pochi giorni vicino alla stazione consiglio vivamente.

il personale è stato molto gentile, situato in un' ottima posizione e pratico al centro storico.
Inoltre molto cordiali e disponibili.
Ci hanno tenuto il bagaglio alla mattina del nostro arrivo

Cons:

la camera promessa non era quella, ma bensì inizialmente doveva essere una stanza dell' hotel. all'arrivo ci hanno comunicato che ci avrebbero messo in un' altro edificio molto datato senza proporci una riduzione di prezzo o un'agevolazione.

camera piccolina ma davvero graziosa, personale gentile e disponibile. unica pecca che dal secondo piano non è disponibile l'ascensore ma ciò era già segnalato prima della prenotazione. Ambiente pulito, kit di benvenuto ben fornito.

It was a great and wonderful stay.
Pros:

The location was great. It’s close to everything. The staffs were very nice.

Cons:

We got into our room and didn’t realize we don’t have the hotel WiFi and we have to walk 3 flights of stairs to go downstairs to find out. We try to text but no response. We were exhausted from the day and didn’t wan to walk anymore after a long day.

La cercania de la estacion, es inmejorable, la limpieza y la atencion excelente. Despues del checkout, dejamos los equipajes para poder ir a seguir conociendo Florencia hasta que sea el horario de nuestro tren. Muchas Gracias!!
