Pros:

Disponibilità del personale in reception

Cons:

Bagno in camera: doccia ammuffita e doccino sporco. Non ho potuto fare la doccia.
Purtroppo era troppo tardi per chiamare la reception.
Locali in generale trascurati e pieno di ragnatele.
Colazione minimale e con yogurt sfuso senza etichetta e marmellate inserite in barattoli non sigillati. Mancano gli standard per servire una colazione con determinati livelli di igiene.

Номер , сніданок чудовий, все доносять, навіть якщо Ви прийшли в кінець сніданку( сніданок 7.30-10.00), хамон, ковбаска, шинка, сири, овочі, круасани, омлет, яйця варені, соки, кава, чай і тд, фрукти-кавун, персики, яблука, банани
Вода в ресторані цілий день
Прибирання щодня, чисто

Cons:

Єдине, що наш номер без балкону був( номер на 3-х людей), у наших друзів був балкон( на 2-х номер), залежить від обраного номера

Albergo al limite dell'indecenza, tutto sporco, rotto e sistemato ( se sistemato in maniera posticcia)
Bagno penoso, con doccia senza box, alla mattina ragno di 5 cm sulla testata del letto, tutto arruginito.
ROBA buttata ovunque in ogni angolo, come se fosse una discarica.
E non è una questione di soldi , ma di indecenza, non dovrebbero neanche essere aperte certe strutture.

Prenotato una junior suite data una camera matrimoniale.
Staff in confusione totale durante la colazione.
Confusione alla sera tardi e alla mattina presto con bambini che correvano negli spazi comuni e porte delle camere che sbattevano.

Pri ubytovaní bola komunikácia na mieste na bode mrazu. Ani o nás nevedeli takže recepčný opravár kuchár a ... ešte neviem čo volal asi cez mesenger a natáčal a fotil môj občiansky. Zaplatil som za ubytovanie a doklad o zaplatení mi nedali. Nevedeli anglicky. Ešte v ten večer nám tiekol záchod spomenutý recepčný to opravoval cca hodinu potom prišiel na pomoc ďalší . Pýtali sme sa kedy dostanem doklad o zaplatení a nič iba boss boss. Na druhý deň šok č2. Raňajky v mraziarni total zima a na jedlo nakrájaný rožok na kolieska a salám zakúpený neviem kde. No a ešte cereálie ale to v tej zime som ani nemal chuť. Na to prišiel majiteľ. Vedel anglicky no podľa mňa robil hlupáka a nechcel rozumieť ohľadne dokladu o zaplatení ubytovania. Poslal nam doklad o zaplatení mestskej dane. Nechcem uraziť niekoho boli to buď Indovia Pakistan alebo .... Na izbe sme si kúpili externým radiatorom. V našej neprítomnosti boli na izbe čo sa mi nelubilo. Nikdy viac

Sconsigliato, la prossima volta non andrò certo lì.

La posizione, vicina alla Riserva e alla spiaggia degli Alberoni.

Cons:

La scarsa pulizia, la mancanza totale di attenzione ai dettagli e al benessere degli ospiti.
Riscaldamento in bagno NON funzionante, asciugamani buchi, muri sbrecciati, struttura con buone potenzialità ma da curare meglio. Ma la cosa PEGGIORE è stata il FREDDO GLACIALE nella sala da colazione! Tutti gli ospiti erano costretti a mangiare totalmente imbacuccati e il suono costante erano i colpi di tosse e gli starnuti.
E in camera la situazione non migliorava. Ho fatto a malapena una doccia in 4 notti, perché il bagno era freddissimo, per scaldare un pochino ho dovuto lasciare acceso il phon a muro in dotazione (mezzo rotto pure quello). E fortuna che su Booking la camera era definita DELUXE! 😬
