Very nice staff!
Pros:

The staff was very nice and helpful!! The room is big enough. Hotel was located close from where I needed to be. Coffee in the morning is amazing.

Cons:

The street is noisy in the morning. Style of the hotel and the room is really outdated.

Repetiría y recomendaría sin duda
Pros:

El servicio es excelente, tanto Ricky como Andrea muy atentos y encantadores. El desayuno también es un punto a favor por su precio (tan solo 5 euros) y la opción de tomar lo que quieras.

Cons:

Simplemente y por eso no pongo un 10, lo único que nos llamó la atención fue que la habitación olía bastante a húmedo.

I have never felt this at home as in Hotel Delizia!
Pros:

The hotel staff was amazingly welcoming and very attentive. We particularly enjoyed talking to Andrea and Ricky (hope we got the spelling right)!
The hotel has proper Italian coffee machine and we had one of the best espressos in Milan
The rooms were super clean (to a standard which is not that easy to find nowadays). I would really recommend it and we will definitely come back!

Un lugar acogedor para descansar y explorar la ciudad
Pros:

Excelente hotel. Aunque al principio puede parecer antiguo, la calidez del personal, la comodidad de las instalaciones y lo acogedor del lugar convierten la estadía en una experiencia realmente agradable y memorable. El descanso en la habitación, el desayuno y la atención amable hacen que cada momento sea especial. Además, la ubicación es ideal para recorrer la ciudad, con paradas de bus, metro y tren cercanas, así como tiendas en una zona muy bonita. Muy recomendado.

Cons:

Por la noche, la zona puede parecer un poco solitaria, pero en general transmite una sensación de seguridad. Durante el desayuno, el ambiente es muy tranquilo y silencioso, aunque puede dar la impresión de ser observado.

Convenient location and friendly staff
Pros:

Location is very convenient, right by the blue line, with an easy in to the airport and center. The neighborhood is nice to walk around as well.
The staff was helpful and friendly.
The room was fairly basic but had everything I could have needed
