Very nice staff!
Pros:

The staff was very nice and helpful!! The room is big enough. Hotel was located close from where I needed to be. Coffee in the morning is amazing.

Cons:

The street is noisy in the morning. Style of the hotel and the room is really outdated.

Pros:

El servicio es excelente, tanto Ricky como Andrea muy atentos y encantadores. El desayuno también es un punto a favor por su precio (tan solo 5 euros) y la opción de tomar lo que quieras.

Cons:

Simplemente y por eso no pongo un 10, lo único que nos llamó la atención fue que la habitación olía bastante a húmedo.

I have never felt this at home as in Hotel Delizia!
Pros:

The hotel staff was amazingly welcoming and very attentive. We particularly enjoyed talking to Andrea and Ricky (hope we got the spelling right)!
The hotel has proper Italian coffee machine and we had one of the best espressos in Milan
The rooms were super clean (to a standard which is not that easy to find nowadays). I would really recommend it and we will definitely come back!
