Great hotel find in Milan
Pros:

Very friendly staff, dark and silent room for a comfortable night in Milan. Good metro and bus connection, close to Centrale FS.

Cons:

The shower and bathroom were a bit small, but in the end it wasn't an issue.

Pros:

The staff in the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The service was excellent as well. Since one of our original ordered rooms was too noisy due to the street traffic, my daughters were able to move to a room on the other side of the building the following day, exactly as we hoped.

If anything could be improved, it would be the air conditioner, which was a little too noisy.
