En general todo, la habitación bien excepto que no me gusta las habitaciones con ventanas a un patio de luz, una manía personal, la decoración espectacular, baño limpio , la cama se descansa muy bien, hotel bien situado con buenas vistas de la azotea. El día que llegue el Domingo el chico de la recepción muy atento y amable.

対応したフロントスタッフの動きが緩慢。(なかなか自らのチェックインの処理が終わらす じれたためか、パスポートをコピーする作業を後回しにして 預かったままで部屋に移動することを促し、次の顧客対応に移行した。即座に抗議し、その場でコピーを完了してもらい、パスポートも返却してもらった。)
