Pros:

Розташування близько до центрального вокзалу. Поруч багато закладів, щоб поїсти. Дуже чисто, все функціонувало гарно, дуже ввічливий персонал, все допомагали і багато чого нам порадили.

Agréable séjour à proximité de la gare
Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien situé, pas très loin de la gare centrale de Milan et de plusieurs arrêts de bus, métro
Le personnel est très agréable
Du café est à disposition, ainsi qu’un micro-ondes

Cons:

Les murs ne sont pas très bien isolés : bruit

If you want a great price in a great city, no frills and basic. This does the job well
Pros:

Great value. It’s very basic but that’s fine if you are paying for that. Staff were great on reception, room was clean and location good. If you get need somewhere to sleep and no frills it’s spot on. Free tea and coffee.

Cons:

Curtain didn’t close properly. Shower is small if you weigh over 110 kilo I don’t think you’ll get in, less if you are under 6 feet tall

Staff was very helpful, especially Ziad - whatever we asked, he was ready to help! Thanks a lot. And I loved the biscuits.

Cons:

The coffee machine wasn't working and there was no fridge - should be at least a mini one in every room.

Udany pobyt: cisza, bezliecznie, czysto i wygodne łózka. Trochę drogo ale chyba to standard w Mediolanie

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well prepared when I arrived. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The atmosphere of the hotel was calm and welcoming, which made the experience even better.
