Pros:

Muy buena atención del personal del hotel. Barra con café, te y galletitas libre.

Cons:

El secador de pelo no funcionó. La barra de la ducha estaba floja y se cayó en algunas ocasiones.

Pros:

El personal fue muy amable. El hotel quedaba a 20 minutos a pie de la estación central de Milan. Cerca tenias supermercados y muy buenos lugares para almorzar/cenar. El hotel contaba con un espacio para desayunar/almorzar/cenar. Ofrecia cafe/te de cortesia. Y tambien contaba con microhondas, mesas, cubiertos, vallijas.

Great value for money in Milan, with a convenient location and wonderful staff
Pros:

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful — especially the two guys at the reception, who were always welcoming and ready to assist.
I also really appreciated the mini kitchen and coffee area with a coffee machine and microwave, available 24/7. It’s perfect if you prefer a more independent and flexible stay.

Cons:

The sound insulation could be better, as some noise from other rooms was noticeable. However, it wasn’t a major issue for me personally, though it might be more noticeable when the hotel is fully booked.

in general for the price was high for the condition of the place.
Pros:

Good part was TV. window to the street. and the location.

Cons:

I felt like the staff were a bit nosy!! The stuff in the room was not acceptably clean! there were lots of noises from the hallway.

We had good time everything you need in room and even if you need extra tge stuff very helpful marco and mario was fun talking to them giving us recommendations bars restaurants and where to go

Cons:

Gör inte samma misstag som jag. Tyvärr är hotellet väldigt dåligt. Mycket störande ljud på morgonen från städning och maskiner. Städpersonalen börjar redan klockan sju, och jag blev väckt i förtid för utcheckning trots att den var klockan elva. Om man vill sova på hotell är detta inte rätt val.

Muy buena relación precio / calidad
Pros:

Me guíe netamente por las opiniones de booking ya que Google puede ser un poco engañoso. El hotel por fuera puede parecer un poco antiguo pero por dentro se nota una renovación reciente o bien cuidada. La habitación cuenta con todo lo necesario y tienes café gratis en una cocina compartida. El metro queda super cerca y en marzo no necesité calefacción (se paga aparte). Debes llevar efectivo ya que la cuota de hospedaje municipal se paga directo. El personal un 10 rotundo. Definitivamente volvería.

Localização muito boa, 15 minutos a pé da estação Milano Centrale. Muitos comércios proximo.
Pros:

A localização é o grande diferencial do hotel. Fomos caminhando da estação Milano Centrale e levamos apenas 15 minutos. O acesso ao metro muito bom.

Cons:

Tenho 1,85 e o banheiro era um pouco apertado, mas nada que desabone e afete a estadia. Ainda sim, recomendo o hotel.
