Family Trip with great time
Pros:

The location is very close from everything (Metro , supermarkets, shopping street and center station )

Housekeeping is every day cleaning and the hotel is very clean .
Also free cafe n tea area in the hotel

The services is vey high quality with friendly. For sure we will come back at this place soon . Highly recommended

PAID WITH PHYSICAL CARD
Pros:

The privacy of the room with the bathroom and location

Cons:

We got a unfortunate moment because I did the booking with digital card and the property needs the physical card to confirm the payment. That was the issue because I didn't have the amount for payment again at that moment. At the end we solved it but it was really bad moment during my trip.

Other thing, the pillows and something's seems unfinished and no maintenance.

Excellent emplacement et super accueil
Pros:

Super accueil, la chambre était propre et rénovée. Excellent emplacement, la gare de Milano Centrale est à 15 minutes à pied. Plusieurs lignes de métro à proximité immédiate. Possibilité de se rendre à pied dans l'hyper-centre (env. 45 minutes pour le Duomo).

Cons:

Assez bruyant la nuit/au petit matin.

Vicino alla metro M2, zona tranquilla, camere silenziose e pulite. Personale cortese e disponibile. Reception 24h
Tutto assolutamente.in linea con le aspettative.

Cons:

Due piccolissimi nei.
Le porte delle camere, sono semplici porte interne che farebbero sentire in modo evidente eventuali rumori provenienti dal corridoio.
I cuscini sono molto grandi e non vi è alternativa.
