Aufenthalt nach spätem Rückflug
Pros:

Das Zimmer war gross, sauber, gemütlich und stilvoll. Das Bett unheimlich bequem und wir haben super geschlafen.
Ganz besonders hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück: noch nie ein so liebevoll zusammengestelltes umfangreiches Frühstück gesehen. Haben es auch im Hotel direkt rückgemeldet - waren einfach richtig begeistert.

Een echte aanrader, vooral prijs kwaliteit verhouding!
Pros:

Ligging, inrichting kamer, schoon, heel aardig personeel , heerlijk ontbijt, top!

Cons:

.helaas was lift kapot, probleem voor mij omdat ik slecht ter been ben en met rollator loop!
Wel veel hulp gekregen van personeel !

Eignet sich wegen der kleinen Zimmer eher für einen Kurztripp. Ansonsten war es okay. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr zentral und man kommt überall schnell hin, sei es zu Fuß oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig.
Jeder Wunsch wurde umgehend erfüllt.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr klein und eher ein Einzelzimmer. Kaum Stauraum und man hatte wenig Platz. Schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was man allerdings mit kleinen Schönheitsreparaturen lösen könnte, wie z.B. Duschschlauch auswechseln.

Una estancia agradable y cómoda
Pros:

Excelente desayuno (los días en que se sirve en el hotel y no en la cafetería de al lado), habitaciones enormes y camas muy cómodas. Había tranquilidad y el ruido de la calle no molestaba.

La atención del personal fue excelente: al principio nos asignaron una habitación con mala conexión a Internet (105), pero después de que lo comentáramos nos cambiaron a otra zona del hotel, donde todo funcionó perfectamente.

Cons:

Problemas con la conexión a Internet en algunas habitaciones y el desayuno no siempre se sirve en el hotel.

Schönes Hotel - diesmal leider mit kleinen Abstrichen

Wir kennen das Hotel schon fast 30 Jahre, und schätzen die Lage, sowie die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter. Wir sind um 13:00 angekommen und das Zimmer war schon bezugsfertig - das war prima!

Wir kennen das Hotel nun schon fast 30 Jahre, und hatten dieses Mal leider das Frühstück zu bemängeln. Der Kaffeautomat war bei unserem Aufenthalt (Freitag-Sonntag) außer Betrieb. Das Hotel war gut besucht und nur ein Servicemitarbeiter war zuständig. Er war sehr bemüht, aber konnte natürlich nicht zaubern. Es gab für alle Gäste nur eine 1l Kaffekanne - mit sehr dünnem Kaffee! Diese war natürlich ständig leer…. Auch waren ständig die Brötchen leer, keine Müslischalen, Gläser usw. Das hätte man seitens der Hotelleitung besser organisieren können. Wir kannten sonst eine andere Qualität beim Frühstück, insbesondere ein guter Kaffee gehört für uns zum Frühstück, daher nicht wie sonst ein sehr gut, sondern nur ein gut.

Naja Düsseldorf halt

Frühstücksauswahl war okay...auch wenn alle Tage gleich

Die Lage ist nicht die aller Beste. Aber okay für 1-2 Tage.
Hab die Unterkunft schriftlich angefragt, weil ich vorab eine Info brauchte. Erhielt keine Antwort!
Fahrstuhl und auch Kaffeemaschine waren defekt -> Antwort "wir leben in Deutschland, da dauert es halt". Beim Check-In (und auch im Hausordnungsbuch) wurde gesagt, dass Frühstück immer ab 7uhr ist. Samstag wurde ich 7:15uhr in mein Zimmer geschickt, da angeblich überall die Info zu finden sei Sa/So erst ab 7:30uhr. Wände sehr dünn, da man Nachbarn bei TV zu hören kann. Beim Frühstück unterhielt sich die Frühstückskraft mit einem Gast quer durch den Raum bzw von Küche aus. Man nahm null Rücksicht! Bei Auschecken, wollte ich eine Zeitangabe machen, wann ich mein Gepäck hole. "Mir egal. Sind ja da!" kam als genervte Antwort.
Strassenlärm war nicht zu hören, da Fenster direkt an die nächste Hauswand grenzte

Decent when splitted
Pros:

The location is amazing, right next to Little Tokyo, and the staff was genuinely friendly, which really helps the vibe. Splitting the room made the price–quality ratio feel fair.

Cons:

If I had to pay the full price alone, I’d expect a bit more. The heat, the noise, the cleaning quality, and the very basic coffee all add up. And, the toilet paper situation is rough.Overall, a solid stay when shared with friends, with a top‑tier location, but a few things that could definitely be improved.
