Pros:

Personel çok ilgili ve misafirperverdi. Sessiz ve sakin bir otel. Size evinizdeymişsiniz gibi hissettiriyor. Özellikle Belma hanımın hoş sohbeti çok keyifliydi. Konum olarak çok merkezi.

Cons:

Sadece kaldığımız odanın banyosu küçüktü. Onun içinde yapılacak bir şey yok.

Alles perfekt und so zentral!!
Pros:

We loved it!!! Jede/r dort war so nett und hilfsbereit! Es war das sauberste Apartment dass wir je hatten - und mit Kleinkind war es einfach supereasy. Frühstück auch top mit frischen Brötchen und allem, was man brauch.

Merhaba, ben Berru Kargın
Otel sahibi Nurgül Hanım'ı tanıma şansımız olmadı ancak otele her girdiğimizde mis gibi kokması, odaların ve tümüyle otelin temizliği gözle görülmeyecek gibi değildi. Kokuya çok takıntılı bir insan olarak ilk dikkatimi çeken kokuydu. Belma Hanım'ın güleryüzlülüğü ve yardımseverliğiyle de oteli daha çok sevdik. Herkesle tek tek ilgileniyordu, diğer çalışanlar da oldukça iyi insanlardı.

Odamızda yataklar ve özellikle yastıklar çok rahattı, kaloriferi çalıştırdıktan biraz sonra oda sıcacık oldu. Özetle otelin konumu, temizliği, konforuyla biz ailecek keyifli 4 gün geçirdik. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz.

Worth every penny!
Pros:

Very friendly staff, any request, especially for breakfast was immediately fulfilled.
The heating system was working perfectly, since we had kids, it was very warm and comfortable.

Cons:

The toilet seat in our room was very narrow.

El personal, sobretodo Linda me pareció un encanto y me trataron muy bien. La habitación siempre estaba limpia

Misafirperver bir otel
Pros:

Tesis merkeze yakın konumda bulunuyor. Her gün oda temizliği yapılıyor( isterseniz). Kış mevsiminde gitmemize rağmen çok sıcaktı. Çalışanları sıcak kanlı, misafirperver ve güler yüzlüydü. Belma hanıma çooooooook teşekkür ederim. Bizleri çok iyi ağırladı. Güzel hatıralar ve anekdotlarla otelden ayrıldık. Tüm çalışanlara ve otel sahibi hanım efendiye teşekkür ederiz🩷

Schönes, kleines familiengeführtes Hotel mit hohem Wohlfühlfaktor
Pros:

Das charmante Hotel überzeugt durch seine zentrale Lage, von der aus der Hauptbahnhof und die Königsallee problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Das Zimmer war zwar klein und spartanisch eingerichtet, aber tadellos sauber. Einen positiven Eindruck hinterließ das bequeme Bett. Das Frühstücksbuffet war liebevoll zusammengestellt und in Auswahl und Umfang völlig ausreichend.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist das herzliche und äußerst liebenswerte Personal, das sich als eingespieltes Team eines familiär geführten Hauses überaus zuvorkommend um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht. Unter dem Strich bietet das Hotel ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis mit hohem Wohlfühlfaktor.

Cons:

Abstriche gab es beim Badezimmer, das leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen war und renovierungsbedürftig wirkte. Zudem war es nachts etwas unruhig, da die Heizungsgeräusche auch nach dem Abschalten der Thermostate noch lange anhielten.
