Fantastic hotel - highly recommend
Pros:

Everything. Location is top notch for access to termini station and all the major sites. Staff are lovely. Rooms are great - comfortable, clean and lovely decor. Would 100% stay here again when next in Rome.

HOTEL TRES BIEN et Bravo au personnel
Pros:

L'EMPLACEMENT est très bien.
La CHAMBRE est Top : Le lit très confort, la salle de bain spacieuse.
Le PERSONNEL est très gentil.
La TERRASSE ROOF TOP très agréable mais c'est cher. Dommage on a pris que 1 apéro. Si c'était moins cher, on aurait profité plus souvent. Le personnel est très bien.

Cons:

Beaucoup de bruits dans les chambres. INSONORISATION pas top.
Au petit déjeuner, il manque de vaisselle, on nous a proposer plusieurs fois des gobelets en plastique pour le café. Pour un 4 étoiles c'est Nul.
Les tables sont assez petites, du coup vite surchargées. Il devrait y avoir un chariot où on peut déposer le sale.
Le RESTAURANT MASA : Les MEZZE sont très bons par contre les plats c'est trop cher pour ce qu'il y a de proposé !

Location was great and staff were very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The bath towels had large holes in them and were so thin and over used. The shower door was off the track and wouldn’t close completely. The hotel staff was in the hallways banging items around in the middle of the night and were very loud.

Pros:

Hotel pequeño y acogedor, estancia agradable. Habitación con vistas a la basílica. Cerca de la estación Termini, bien comunicado. Personal español.
Habitación tranquila tal y como pedimos.

Cons:

Sala del desayuno buffet algo justa en hora punta, pero el personal nos atendió enseguida.

Lovely hotel, superbly friendly staff, who will do anything to help.
Pros:

The room was lovely. Nice also that we had a balcony with a lovely view. The staff were all amazingly friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble. Lou on reception was fantastic. I had an issue where one of my crutches was damaged, and she helped to find replacements. Always smiling and happy to help.

Cons:

We had a very noisy neighbour for 3 of the 4 nights we stayed, but the gentleman on reception sorted it within minutes when I called them on the third night about the noise. I probably should have called them sooner.

Schönes Hotel, zenteal gelegen, mit zuvorkommendem Personal.
Pros:

Schöne Zimmer, modern gestaltet. Das Personal ist sehr höflich und organisiert sehr zeitnah auch gesonderte Wünsche, wie z.B. Transfers (Flughafen-Hotel-Flughafen) - sehr gut! Auch Ausflüge wären Frühstück ist prima mit guter Auswahl. Die Lage ist relativ zentral, die Attraktionen in Rom sind auch zu Fuß gut erreichbar.

Cons:

Ich war im 4. OG untergebracht - Etwas störend auf der Etage ist das "Masa Rooftop" (Restaurant/Bar) im 5. OG, wovon abends eine durchaus störende Akustik in Form von Musik und lauten Gästen, die teilweise das Treppenhaus des Hotels benutzen, ausgeht.
