Increíble calidad precio

La habitación es super espaciosa, el baño tambien, todos los días ponían aguas, estaba muy bien ubicado, y el personal super amable

Pros:

Die Ausstattung und das Frühstück waren sehr gut!
Der Kaffee könnte allerdings besser sein.
Für italienische Verhältnisse war der Kaffee nix.
Kommt aus dem Vollautomat.

Cons:

Hatte ein Zimmer im 4. Stock. Recht hellhörig innerhalb, Fenster schallisoliert.

Personnel hautain et pas aimable

Chambre propre, l'espace est bien optimisé, la décoration soignée literie confortable de bons produits d'accueil
le petit déjeuner buffet est conforme

Cons:

L'accueil du réceptionniste en check in l'après-midi est déplorable pas de bonjour, quand j'ai demandé s'il parlait Français j'ai cru l'avoir insulté. Les consignes ont été débité rapidement en anglais sans amabilité ni sourire. Indigne du métier qui plus est d'un 4 *
Du personnel croisé dans les couloirs ou ascenseur qui ne dit pas bonjour.
C'est le dernier jour que la personne du petit déjeuner souriante et aimable à été très agréable.
Une formation à l'accueil est à sérieusement à prendre en compte par le staff
Quoi qu'il en soit je ne reviendrai pas dans cet établissement.

Pros:

Tornato nella struttura a distanza di 2 settimane, ho prenotato una stanza base, rispetto alla precedente camera Deluxe. Anche questa, seppure piu' piccola e' dotata di tutti i comfort. Bella la camera, pulita, buon letto, macchina del caffe'. La vista non e' confrontabile alla precedente, perche' affaccia in un cortile interno (ma il risparmi di prezzo e' stato notevole).

Cons:

Purtroppo rimane il problema dell'insonorizzazione delle camere, anche per una camera che non affaccia su una strada trafficata. Gli infissi (nuovi) non sono in grado di abbattere i ruomori dall'esterno. Se non avesse quel problema sarebbe un hotel da 10. Il migliore in cui ho alloggiato a Roma.
