VALUE FOR MONEY
Pros:

The location (right next to Gemelli hospital and train station), the stuff, the room, the bed, the breakfast. I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. Definitely I will choose it next time that I want to visit Rome and especially the Gemelli area.

Cons:

I would place 10, but it was unfortunate that the period I visited this hotel renovation works were in progress. Hope in better luck in the future.

Overall a poor experience. Not worth the price paid for such basic accommodation.
Pros:

Nothing positive stood out to us. The place is a bare-minimum accommodation that is now under renovation. Perhaps the only saving grace is the nearby train (metro) station that is 10 minutes' walk away.

Cons:

The hotel is more like a budget motel with bare-minimum facilities and therefore should be re-classified as such. There was not even any hot water facility to make coffee or tea. The first receptionist had to boil water in his office and the brought up the water in 6 separate coffee cups! Later another receptionist kindly boiled water in his office and passed us the kettle which we had to quickly return! The amount charged is, therefore, way too high. The building is currently being renovated (new connecting block being added) and we were woken up by construction noises at around 7 am. Located right next to a major road, very loud ambulance sirens were constantly heard (no/poor sound-proofing). Overall a poor experience.

Ligging

Cons:

Er wordt een stuk bijgebouwd en dat was niet vermeld - dus erg veel lawaai.
Bovendien dunne muren en de buren zetten de TV erg luid.
Kleine kamer en de douche was enkel instapbaar als ik er zijdelings instapte (erg smal)
