Simple and clean. Room a little hot as it faces south with large patio door and window. No evidence of air conditioning . Otherwise very good.

Had to leave balcony door open and unlocked to cool room.

Absolutely a bargain for the room we got, plenty space great views, 8 nights for 2 of us. Went with a mate and place gave us a sofa bed as their twin room bads were rather close. Reception were excellent and very friendly. They were sly with breakfast however we knew it wasn't included but they sort of made it seem like it was upon arrival and we only found out at check out officially it wasnt ( we only went once) so wasn't a hassle. Breakfast could have been explained more in the morning woman offered drinks then refused fresh orange juive but didn't explain she was only offering hot drinks and fresh drinks were self service. Maids didn't come every day but the days they did come they done a grand job. Few things touched up would make it a 5 but over all a great visit and wish the business well

La almohada estaba vacía, la moqueta sucia, el edredón daba asco, el pasillo hacia el jardín olía muy mal, las camas incómodas, la limpieza dejaba bastante que desear.

Absolutely amazing place to stay. We stayef here for 12 nights family of Seven. The members of staff were absolutely amazing so friendly nothing was to much trouble even when we were late home and the children were hungry they went out of their way to provide food for them. Our room was fabulous so much room and the shower was amazing. Thank you so much are first trip to Germany and you made it great for us diffentely recommend it to anyone x

No climate control, small rooms.

We stayed for a family reunion with my nephew and grandniece. It was perfect as it was such a hot day and the lovely secluded outdoor pool was great.
The staff were very attentive and interested in our little party.
Great location and quiet. Only a few minutes walk to the tram for the city and free pass supplied by the hotel.
Zoo park is just a few minutes walk away with playpark and walks.
Balcony room was great and loved the walk in shower. Everything fresh and clean .

Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne nochmal den Service in diesem Hotel genießen. Hat alles gepasst.

Super nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Wirklich leckeres Frühstück für einen guten Preis. Entspannte Umgebung mit super Anbindung in die Stadt mit der U-Bahn! Und das nächste Mal bringe ich meine Badehose mit und hüpf in den Pool!

Sehr persönlich geführt, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Ruhiges Gartenzimmer, genauso den Preis wert wie das üppige Frühstück. Ein bisschen schade: WLAN taugt nicht fuer TV-Streaming. Tolle Alternative zu großen Häusern in DUS, auch fuer Reisen ab Flughafen gut geeignet.

Love this hotel and use it on a regular basis both for business, family and friend. Nicely located close to a park and not to far from the center of Dusseldorf. Wonderful garden and relaxed atmosphere - can definitely recommend this hotel!!
