Arthotel ANA Residence

The overall hotel was fine. We didn’t have breakfast as we thought it was a little pricey for the spread. The train, tram and bus station were very close which is an absolute plus. There are some eat outs close by so we didn’t skip breakfast. You could also cook in the kitchen. Aldi is close by for grocery shopping. The staff is very helpful. We reached late night on Sunday to check ourselves in. We couldn’t find the side to enter but they explained on a call.

Vahna kaunis rakennus, todella jyrkät portaat yläkerrokseen, mutta onneksi myös hissi käytössä. Kylpyhuone siisti ja kiva, mutta suihkukaapin ovi vain 37cm leveä eli vatsaa joutuu tukevampi henkilö vetämään sisään. Vastaanotto auki vain klo 19 saakka, mutta huoneen avain on saatavissa numerokoodilla avattavasta lokerosta, mikäli saapuu vastaanoton sulkemisen jälkeen. Ystävällinen ja ihmisten rehellisyyteen luottava meininki. Aamupala hyvin monipuolinen ja maukas. Sijainti loistava rautatieaseman läheisyydessä ja kävelyetäisyydellä historiallisesta krskustasta.

My wife and I stayed for 4 nights in an apartment block next to the hotel.
Location is excellent and line 6 tram from the airport takes you to within 200 m of the hotel.
Check in was good and the receptionist helped us to our apartment on the second floor
Note that the property is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues
First impressions were good. Spacious bedroom/living room and good bathroom and kitchen. (A microwave would be nice)

We went for a walk early evening to the nearby supermarket. We were surprised that the hotel was locked early evening and reception closed.
Be aware of this if you have a late arrival time

I was kept awake most of the night by freight trains rattling by about 200m from our window . Nytol to the rescue for the rest of the stay

Breakfast was very good
We never figured out how to get housekeeping or if it was available. Towels were changed once as we happened to see the housekeeper

Quirky building with charm and limitations.

Gutes Frühstück, freundliches Personal, sogar ein Reserve Appel Ladegerät war vorhanden; für abendliche Getränke steht ein Kühlschrank im Erdgeschoss

Wir (Paar, 50+) waren zwar nur für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise hier, aber es hat uns ausgesprochen gut gefallen. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und wir haben prima geschlafen. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich. Der Service morgens beim Frühstücksbuffet war auch sehr freundlich und persönlich. Wir konnten unser Gepäck bis nachmittags geschützt stehen lassen und durften uns später sogar noch einen Kaffee mitnehmen. Der spätere Check in nach 21 Uhr hat übrigens auch sehr gut funktioniert (Mail/Rückruf, Code). Wir würden hier auf jeden Fall wieder einchecken. Angenehm auch, dass man den Bahnhof auf der Messe-Seite verlassen kann und in wenigen Minuten in der Straße ist - die direkte Umgebung ist ansprechend.

Nettes, kleines Hotel in schönem Altbau. Zimmer mit hohen Decken und Antikmöbeln.

The person on check in could if been friendlier everyone else was much nicer. They should give another option for parking. We asked about parking on the street and they said no, we would get a ticket we had to park in there area. You had a small tunnel to drive trough. My husband scraped the fender of our rental. All the bells and whistles we goung off in the car. We found another parking area about two blocks away. We didn't eat breakfast the cost was too much for the amount I eat (Yogurt).

Wonderful and perfect hotel to stay in Bremen. Very close to the city center. Confortable, with a fancy and vintage touch. Room clean and beautiful. Staff helpful and extremely nice and friendly . The most remarkable thing is a breakfast , incredibly diverse and complete . I think this hotel is underrated, it deserve at least 4 stars . I deeply recommend to everyone this hotel .

Mangelfuld rengøring før ankomst, men hurtig rettet. God morgenmad buffet. Central placering.

Das Zimmer war im Prinzip in Ordnung. Ich würde jedoch behaupten, dass es sich bei Zimmer 25 keinesfalls um das von mir gebuchte Superior-Doppelzimmer handelte. Das Zimmer war sicher keine 23 m² groß und es gab auch keinen Balkon oder Patio.
Das würde bedeuten, dass wir ohne Hinweis oder teilweise Erstattung ein Zimmer unter der von uns gebuchten Kategorie bekommen haben.

Rigtig fin beliggenhed og hyggelig lejlighed. Der var ikke super rent, og der manglede service i skufferne. Der var ikke engang en brødkniv. Der var heller ingen tabs til opvaskemaskinen. Meget lille fjernsyn. Gode senge. Selv sovesofaen var rigtig fin at sove på.
Der var meget lydt. Man kunne tydeligt høre når andre kom hjem.
Der er ikke ret meget plads at komme igennem porten på til parkeringen i gården.

Okay hotel i gammel stil, men velholdt og gode værelser. Dog havde vi bedt om 2 enkelt senge for begge værelser, hvilket vi ikke fik også sengene var meget bløde.
Fint badeværelse og god morgenmad, som åbenbart ikke var med i prisen, men kostede 17 EUR pr. person dagligt.
Parkering 10 EUR per dag, med meget smal indkørsel.

Une chambre sans âme. Un petit déjeuner sans saveur. Un prix bien élevé pour la prestation. Ensemble décevant.

We liked our stay immensely, the room/apartment was really nice, large and airy - however there are a lot of noise from the street.

We will recommend it however, it’s very central and there is a little playground nearby for families with kids.

Super hyggeligt og fint hotel. Stort og rummeligt værelse. Sødt og venligt personale. Lækker morgenmad. God beliggenhed. Valuta for alle pengene. Billigt i forhold til standarden.

Nice service, helpful and friendly especially one of the receptionists staff who advised me of the safest route to my weekly destination. The room walls thin so could literally hear men in the next doors snoring! Location convenient and coffee/tea available for free. Would be better if breakfast was more affordable but 17€ a day was too much for a 2 week stay. Cleaning was on demand and was done whenever requested, which was nice. Lift was tiny but glad it was available on the check-in/out days! Would be better if a fridge, kettle and safe was available.
