The staff were great. Location amazing. They did call for taxi to go to airport themselves and wasn’t far from airports.

First day we had an early trip to Capri. Breakfast time was 7.30. we should have left 7:15, asked to take away 2 croissant already exist , reception said no. However we had already paid breakfast. Small but important.

Pros:

Good location - we started an Intrepid tour from this hotel. It’s a very busy location and a few people had trouble sleeping due to noise but we were ok.

Cons:

The girl on reception told us the guide had not arrived (he had!) and we were late to the briefing as she said to wait in our rooms. She also had no idea about the city tax we tried to pay to her that was due.

A perfectly located hotel with friendly staff, stylish rooms, and excellent value for money.
Pros:

Perfectly located in the heart of Naples’ historic center, this hotel offers excellent value for money. The location is ideal, just a few minutes’ walk from all the main attractions in the old town. There’s also a fantastic restaurant downstairs where we enjoyed a delicious dinner.

The hotel is located on the third floor and features a pleasant, stylish design. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived.

We absolutely loved our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to our friends. We would definitely stay here again!

Pros:

Die Lage ist natürlich perfekt direkt in der Via dei Tribunali. Zimmer angenehm groß und klimatisiert. Frühstück war gut für italienische Verhältnisse. Wurst, Rührei, Tomaten, Joghurt und Obst auch dabei.

Cons:

Wer mit dem Auto anreist, sollte wisse, wo zu parken. Jede Stunde mind. 2,20 Euro. Parkhaus 24h für 35 Euro. Klimaanlage etwas laut in der Nacht.

A very nice stay.
Pros:

We had a very nice stay at Hotel Neapolis. The staff were all lovely (special shout-out to Alessandra, Claudio and the other young girl at reception. They were all great). The room was big, clean and comfortable, and relatively quiet considering that the hotel is right in the middle of a lively area full of bars and restaurants. Breakfast was also nice and plentiful.

Cons:

The taxi we took from the train station refused to take us all the way to the hotel (not the hotel's fault, obviously!) but once we were in the right street or area, we found it quite difficult to find the hotel (mobile signal was not the best and there is no visible hotel sign in the streets). Better signage on the corner of Via dei Tribunale would have helped a lot!

Good breakfast, tiny room
Pros:

First, the positives. Hotel Neapolis is centrally located in the Centro Storico (old town), and it was easy to walk around the center based on its location. The breakfast was good - a choice of coffee and several different types of pastries, prosciutto, and juices. The hotel was clean and the staff was polite - most of them spoke English.

Now for the negatives. My room was the size of a breadbox. When I asked to move to a bigger room, I was told none were available. The shower was so small that I could barely move around enough to wash myself. The bed was barely bigger than me, and there was no real space in the room to move around comfortably. When I was there, I saw the "double" rooms that were advertised on booking,com, and they were easily 3 - 4 times the size of mine, and the beds were much bigger. My room did not match the picture on booking.com at all or my expectations, and I ended up spending as much time as possible out of the room. I made my reservation at this hotel based on the pictures that were provided on booking.com. Had I seen an accurate picture of the room I ended up in, I would not have stayed there.
