Pros:

Gute Lage in Bahnhofsnähe und leckeres Frühstück. Besonders toll fand ich, dass man meinem bei der Buchung geäußerten Sonderwunsch nach einem Zimmer mit Dachschrägen nachkam, das gemütlich und ruhig war und in dem man es auch trotz der sommerlichen Temperaturen gut aushalten konnte. Zudem gab es Fliegengitter an den Fenstern - das ist ein echter Pluspunkt, von dem sich einige andere Hotels in Deutschland inspirieren lassen könnten! :-)

Kurz - aber in Ordnung.
Pros:

Der freundliche Empfang mit einem kühlen Getränk (Wasser) in Anbetracht der hohen Temperaturen.
Frühstück: Plätze wurden zugeteilt (sehr gut)., bei nur einem Kaffeetrinker am Tisch wurde ein- und nachgeschenkt (prima).
Gepäck wurde im Zimmer bereitgestellt.

Cons:

Dazu fällt uns nichts ein.

Ein Besuch war leider ausreichend...
Pros:

Das Personal war recht freundlich und das Boxspringbett war sehr bequem, so dass es eine angenehme Nacht hätte werden können. Das Frühstück war ausreichend vorhanden und schmeckte, abgesehen vom Kaffee, gut. Das Hotel liegt nahe an der Innenstadt, so dass man fußläufig überall hin kommt.

Cons:

Der Herr beim Check-in war eher mäßig freundlich. In diesem kleinen, familiären Hotel hätte man sich ein "Herzlich Willkommen" und ein paar freundliche Worte gewünscht.
Die Klimaanlage des Zimmers gab nur ein laues Lüftchen von sich und konnte in keiner Einstellung wirklich zur Arbeit bewegt werden. Wie wir an Gesprächen anderer Gäste mitbekamen, waren wir nicht die Einzigen. Somit wurde es eine warme, stickige Nacht, da man die Fenster wegen des nahen Bahnhofs und der Gleisarbeiten nicht offen lassen konnte.
Die Klimaanlage war allerdings unserer Hauptkriterium bei der Hotelwahl!
Die Seife im Bad wurde leider trotz anderslautender Beschriftung gegen eine günstige Alternative ausgetauscht, die zudem sehr unangenehm gerochen hat. Man konnte es eindeutig daran festmachen, dass die Handseife eines Herstellers am Waschbecken die identische Farbe und den gleichen Geruch wie die Körperseife eines anderen Herstellers in der Dusche hatte. Dann doch bitte lieber neutrale Spender, die individuell aufgefüllt werden und keinen falschen Eindruck erwecken. Gegen die Silberfische im Bad müsste auch etwas unternommen werden.
