Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Möbel alt, teilweise beschädigt, Matratze durchgelegen. TV funktionierte nicht einwandfrei, Minibar nicht gefüllt, etc.

Bettmatratze und Lattenrost waren defekt, mit neuem Bett wurde Problem sofort gelöst

Cons:

Mobiliar und Einrichtung sehr veraltet. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis beim Frühstück passt nicht.

großzügig, sauber & freundlich - etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber mit Charme
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind großzügig und die Bäder sind sauber. Das Personal ist sehr nett und freundlich. Ein Zugang am Abend geht unkompliziert über einen Chip. Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut in der Nähe vom Volkspark und fußläufig zu diversen Anbietern von Asia Food.

Cons:

Die Innenausstattung wirkt etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Bäder wirken zwar neu und sauber, die Badewanne als Dusche spricht aber sicherlich nicht jeden Gast an. Auch die Orientierung im Gebäude ist anfang etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Nett und freundlich, charmant und gemütlich

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Ich habe mich willkommen gefühlt!
Das Bett war extrem bequem, und das Bettzeug ultragemütlich. Das habe ich wirklich noch nicht oft erlebt.
Viele kleine Akzente auf dem Zimmer lassen einen merken, dass sich Gedanken darum gemacht werden, wie man den Aufenthalt für den Gast gut gestalten kann!
Ich fand die Einrichtung auch allgemein sehr gemütlich.
Ich komme gerne wieder!

Cons:

Das Hotel ist sichtlich in die Jahre gekommen. Es müsste über kurz oder lang einiges renoviert werden. Aber das wird anscheinend auch gemacht.
Besonders im Badezimmer sah man, dass die Holzmöbel teilweise schon viel erlebt haben.

Im Großen und Ganzen war alles sauber. Hier und da, in manchen Ecken lag ein Fussel, aber das fällt nicht weiter ins Gewicht!

Irgendwie haben die Räume viel Hitze! Das kann von manchen als positiv, von manchen als neutral, oder von manchen wiederum als negativ empfunden werden. Ich habe die Heizkörper recht schnell abgedreht, und hatte trotzdem sehr viel Wärme im Raum. Gut, dass man die Fenster auf Kipp machen kann.
