El personal fue muy agradable
No tenía aire acondicionado, solo un ventilador. Tuvimos de media 29 grados para dormir.
La ventana daba a la escalera de emergencia, todo estaba muy sucio y había un vaso con colillas de cigarrillos.
Wir wurden an der Rezeption sehr freundlich begrüsst und mit sehr viel Informationen versehen, was man in Düsseldorf und Umgebung alles machen kann. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und gemütlich ausgestattet. Besonders angenehm war der kleine Kühlschrank sowie Wasserkocher und Tee / Kaffee. Die Handtücher wurden gewechselt und das Zimmer zwischendurch gereinigt, was heute leider nur noch sehr selten passiert. Vom Hbf sind es nur ca. 15 Minuten zu laufen. Es gibt aber auch eine U-Bahnstation und die Tram vor der Tür. Ich kann das Hotel sehr gut weiter empfehlen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist top.

(-) Sehr warm: Keine Klimaanlage und Fenster werden zur Feuertreppe geöffnet, sodass wir sie nachts nicht offen lassen wollten.
(-) WLAN war nicht so gut
Ruime verzorgde schone kamer met zitje en koffie en thee voor een uitstekende prijs. Parkeren onder het hotel is een pre.
Het was er deze dag erg warm, en de kamer dus ook, en de douchetemperatuur is wat lastig te reguleren.
Stanza grande, pulita con letti comodi. Prezzo ottimo, solo pernottamento.

Ein schönes Hotel mit guter Lage. Zimmer sind großzügig.
Zwar ist das Hotel und die Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch wird es gehegt und gepflegt :-).
Das Hotel verfügt über eine Tiefgarage.
Ich hätte mir etwas mehr Auswahl beim Frühstück gewünscht.
