Ein schöner Aufenthalt in einer schönen Stadt.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war groß, renoviert und modern ausgestattet. Das Hotel besitzt einen Wellnessbereich und im Innenhof einen Ruhebereich.

Cons:

Bei Ankunft war das Zimmer nicht bezugsbereit. Die Klimaanlage ist ausgelaufen. Die Lösung ein wassertriefender Badevorleger an der Zimmertür. Nach Ablehnung des Angebotes weitere Handtücher zu erhalten wurde der Hausmeister geschickt der das Problem behoben hat. Im Gang liegen Deckenplatten von geöffneten Zwischendecken an denen nicht gearbeitet wurde. Ersatztoilettenpapier musste man sich selbst besorgen da keine Ersatzrolle im Zimmer. Hier fehlt eindeutig das Qualitätsmanagement eines 4 Sterne Hotels. Schade für das schöne Haus!

Alles war ausreichend und gut, insbesondere äußerst freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal

Cons:

Die Hitze zum Zeitpunkt des Aufenthalts, aber dafür kann kein Hotel etwas.
