Enttäuschende Zimmerqualität und unprofessioneller Umgang mit Kritik
Cons:

Ich habe mittlerweile zweimal im Hotel Bayerischer Hof übernachtet und leider waren beide Aufenthalte enttäuschend.

Beim ersten Aufenthalt befand sich mein Zimmer direkt neben technischen Anlagen. Die Geräuschkulisse war so laut, dass sie selbst bei geschlossenem Fenster deutlich hörbar war und an erholsamen Schlaf nicht zu denken war.

Bei meinem zweiten Aufenthalt hatte ich erneut ein problematisches Zimmer. Jedes Mal, wenn jemand den Flur entlanglief, vibrierte das gesamte Zimmer spürbar. Zusätzlich waren die Türen im Zimmer nicht richtig dicht, sodass sie durchgehend – sowohl nachts als auch am Morgen – klapperten und regelrecht „zitterten“. Das Gefühl war tatsächlich vergleichbar mit leichten Erschütterungen.

Besonders enttäuschend war jedoch der Umgang an der Rezeption beim Check-out. Als ich meine Kritik ruhig und sachlich geäußert habe, wurde mir lediglich gesagt, dass dieses Problem bekannt sei – mit dem Hinweis, ich hätte ja die günstigste Zimmerkategorie gebucht. Eine Entschuldigung oder ein Entgegenkommen gab es nicht, stattdessen wirkte die Reaktion eher abweisend.

Für ein Haus mit diesem Anspruch ist das aus meiner Sicht nicht akzeptabel. Auch in einer niedrigeren Zimmerkategorie sollte ein Mindestmaß an Komfort und vor allem ein respektvoller Umgang mit Gästefeedback selbstverständlich sein.

Ich kann das Hotel daher aktuell nicht empfehlen.

Sehr gutes Hotel, immer wieder gerne buchen. Sehr gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Leider war die Bar dunkel, nicht ansprechend, da kein Personal vor Ort. Keine Gaststätte, für ein eventuelles Abendessen. Aber direkt in der Nähe einige Möglichkeiten
