Great place to stay with a fabulous location
Pros:

Location was great. Room was lovely and spacious. Staff very kind and thoughtful. They had realised it was my birthday when we stay and gave me a little gift and a lovely card.

Die Betten waren sehr gut 👍

Cons:

Das Frühstück für 19,80 Euro war sehr mäßig. Die Brötchen waren sehr schlecht! Billigste Aufbackbrötchen vom Discounter! Das Rührei war um 8.30 Uhr schon abgestanden und oberflächlich angetrocknet. Alles in allem ,,schlecht ". Preisgestaltung: passt nicht.

Staff was amazing. Place was clean. Beds were comfortable.

Location also amazing. Right on the river, walkable to everything

Breakfast was delicious, lots of assortment. Coffee was strong and hot.

Cons:

Place/style was very dated

Lift was not working while we were there. We were on the 3rd floor.

No ice available at this location at all. No in room coffee.

Eine fantastische Wahl im Herzen von Heidelberg für alle
Pros:

Perfekte Lage im Herzen der Heidelberger Altstadt, freundliches Interieur, das von einer ehemaligen Glanzzeit erzählt. Das Zimmer auf der 4. Etage selbst war mit Blick auf den Neckar fantastisch und es ist wahr, dass es auf der Piazza unten nachts teilweise etwas lauter werden kann, doch ich konnte trotz geöffnetem Fenster schlafen. Der Receptionist war zudem sehr freundlich und bot beim Einchecken und Ausfüllen des Formulars ein kühlendes Getränk an, was ich bei den sommerlilchen Temperaturen über 30 Grad überaus geschätzt habe.

Cons:

Teppichboden und das nicht sonderlich geschmackvolle rote Samt-Kissen mit der Aufschrift (I love Heidelberg o.ä.)
