Fourth visit
Pros:

Fourth visit to this hotel as Saga guests. Excellent staff who are very friendly and helpful. It can get very noisy. Our favourite department is the animation.

Great all inclusive hotel with something for everyone
Pros:

Check in was very quick, easy and efficient. The location is perfect for accessing Denia and going further afield on the tram. There are many restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. The hotel is busy and there is a mixture of nationalities. The rooms are a good size and are cleaned to a high standard. Toiletries are included in the bathroom where there is always plenty of hot water. On the All Inclusive package this hotel offers very good value for money with plenty of food and drink choices available. In the evening the noise level can be very loud around the bar area and foyer making it difficult to sit and chat. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. There are plenty of activities inside and outdoors that you can participate in with the excellent animation team. I really enjoyed the keep fit with Veronica, who was always full of energy and a friendly smile.

Great hotel but with eatery/food not up to good standard
Pros:

The hotel is in a great situation, has brilliant sraff and is spotlessly clean. What lets the hotel down is the "canteen-like" place to eat which is somewhere I do not linger! The food is repetitive, the standard is 3 star at a push, with sometimes dirty plates on offer and for myself personally not clear signage as to what the food actually is. I did try to leave feedback via Saga but unfortunately could not find a link:(. The bar area is also concerning as drinks themselves are good, staff great but you always have LONG queues of wait to get a drink usually with one person taking all the serving responsibility, which is unfair on the staff. British people apparently dont mind queueing but I dont like it so I usually go without a drink all together which defeats the object of an all inclusive experience.

To recap, the place locationwise is good, hotel clean with very hardworking and lovely staff. The eating and drinking part of the holiday lets the hotel and experience down. I have really enjoyed the camaraderie of the other people here though and this would draw me to come along again as a solo traveller.

Disappointing hotel in a lovely, pretty interesting city.
Pros:

Just spent a week at this hotel and all we can say is unless your over 60 this is not the hotel to book.
The food is terrible, cold most days and the choices were awful. For example, one morning for breakfast fried milk was on offer (which is a dessert), one evening the main meat was pigs trotters and another main was stuffed mussels which were then breadcrumbs and deep fried! Needless to say we ate out 5 nights out of 7. Also this was the first All Inclusive holiday we've had that did not provide bottled water in the room.
The staff hardly spoke any English at and the Reception staff were so unfriendly. When you asked them for anything (ie to order a taxi) they just rolled their eyes at you and huffed.
The entertainment staff did not speak English and avoided asking anyone non Spanish to join in with games/dancing etc. The entertainment was quite poor and just entailed of Spanish singers who then had what seemed like the cast of the film Cacoon dancing at the front of the stage.
The rooms are quite dated and need freshening up. We found the laminate floor in the room very slippery but overall they were a good size, bathroom was good and beds were comfy. Our room had no balcony and overlooked the car park where the bins were emptied at 6.30am each morning and deliveries started from 8am, so not much chance of a lay in.
The location of the hotel is right near the Marina but about 20min walk from the old town and the port. There was a couple of bars and restaurants within a 5min walk if you fancied a change from the pigs trotters.
Overall even though its only a 3 star we were very disappointed with our stay and would not return.

Poor food and cockroaches
Pros:

The food at the hotel was really of a very quality and standard.
The hot food was tepid at best. The cooked breakfasts were always swimming in fat. Queues for the slow toasting machine was long as you had to put bread through 3 times before it was toasted. I couldn’t believe that in Spain the orange juice could be made so thick and sweet from concentrates.
The salad bars didn’t fare much better either. Lettuce going brown at the edges, over ripe tomatoes etc.
Despite complaining nothing was done.
Then we come to being woken in the night by the most enormous cockroach running around the bedroom at 02.30. Yuck. I ushered it out onto the corridor with a shoe. Next I rolled up towels and wedged them under doors to stop any more returning.
All in all a disappointing stay and needless to say I won’t be returning.

All good apart from noise
Pros:

Very nice apart from over bearing noise at entertainment at night. couldnt hear yourself talk and mostly for Spanish. Food good but a bit disapponting christmas day menu. All very clean and lovely rooms. Only accessable showers needed as lots of elderly and disabled guests. All inclusive good value. Location good. Sleep quality good. Pool areas lovely but summer for use. Indoor pool great

Well-located hotel, with great staff, good food and excellent facilities.
Pros:

My husband and I visited this very Spanish hotel (16/09/25 - 30/09/25) as SAGA guests. We are very active, so location was important. It is located a couple of hundred yards from La Marineta beach and the promenade which stretches from Las Rotes around the bay to the marina. It is also a short 10minute walk from the town centre, Marques de Campo. The hotel is really immaculately clean, including the entrance, the bars, the restaurant and the garden area around the swimming pool. Our room (729) was very clean, thanks to Magdelena our cleaner, but it does need updating. The air con worked well, and there was always hot water for the shower; the blackout curtains were efficient. However, it is the staff that make the hotel so special. We had great SAGA hosts - Sylvia Sanchez and Alison - but the hotel staff were also good. The receptionists were unfailingly polite and helpful; the restaurant staff were always cheerful and friendly. The food at the hotel was served buffet-style: for mass catering, it was good - there was a very varied salad bar, and the hot meals were also pleasant - standout was the fresh fish available daily. There were also paellas, pastas and meat dishes, and a choice of vegetables and fresh fruit. The cooks frequently appeared, ensuring the serving areas were spotless. There was an animation team, and most days there were six activities on offer for adults. We both think the hotel is very good value - we have visited in the past with SAGA, and each time there are hotel improvements. We have booked again for Christmas and look forward to it.

Clean and excellent service
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel from the 10th to the 24th of September in room 526, this is the second or third time we have stayed here and it just seems to get better each time. The hotel is well situated for either the marina or a walk into the town centre, the staff here are excellent, pleasant and happy to help, the hotel itself is perfectly clean and the food is plentiful and of good quality

First SAGA HOLIDAY
Pros:

Arrived at Alicante airport September 2025, on this first Saga holiday. Through the airport ok , on to a bus from the aircraft to the terminal. About an hour wait on the transfer bus for other passengers. Transfer took about an hour directly to the hotel. The hotel took our cases off the coach to our rooms while we had lunch. Lunch lovely fresh salad.
Room spacious , clean , modern, with a kettle and small fridge. Air con in the room very good. I had a 5th floor room with a balcony overlooking the pool and with a view of the sea , with a fabulous sunrise every morning.
Pool area not too crowded and the pool warm and clean.
You need to take your hotel paper card to meals every time , this tells the staff you are all inclusive. You must leave the blue card on the table to show it is occupied .
Food, savoury, plenty of choice , but some of the meat a bit over cooked on the grill. Unfortunately the hot food was barely warm from the sever , I found myself using a microwave to warm it up. Sweet and pudding iffy , with very sweet creamy items ! Plenty of fresh fruit. Drinks served at our table with bottled water , and water and coffee machines. The restaurant did get very very busy at times as it filled up towards the weekend. Patience was required 😂
ALL the staff from the cleaner , reception to the restaurant very friendly and hard working. Daily cocktail at the bar.
Saga reps Sylvia and Alison very helpful, with a Denia ordination walk on our first full day, which was very helpful. We did a couple of half day trip, and really enjoyed them .
Hotel entertainment varied , some acts better than others. Daytime activities aimed at both young children and us older folks.
Not so many school age children , but a few families with babies and toddlers. Quite a few Spanish couples also at the hotel . All in all value for money .

Pros:

Staff at check in were very friendly and efficient.

Room was a little tired and small for a family space but clean.

Pool is very busy with lots of families, good facilities for kids.

Gym is very basic

There is an electric car charger and car park.

Walkable to beach and marina.

We didnt eat dinner but breakfast was ok, average variety and quality, it was very busy at 10am.

My only significant gripe was the room was noisy at 11:30 with entertainment downstairs.

However we would stay again.
