Pros:

Large family room with comfortable beds. Fantastic pool area for kids with slides, playground and trampolines. Also, fun activities organised for children in the mornings and evenings. Perfect hotel for families with children.

Cons:

The dining area got very crowded during breakfast time with long queues for things like pancakes and the coffee machines. The acoustics of the dining hall made it very loud with so many people.

No volvería por las playas llenas de algas
Pros:

La cantidad de distracciones y actividades que había para los niños, y la lanzadera a las playas principales.

Cons:

Las esperas de ascensor, 3 ascensores no son suficientes para tanta gente como estábamos hospedada. El servicio del agua gratuita era con mini vasos, son necesarias jarras para no estar levantándote todo el tiempo. Está retirado del centro, y el paseo hasta allí no es ameno. Por último, la playa de al lado es pésima, no tiene tan apenas arena, está llena de algas y huele mal, parece más un pantano que una playa!

Pros:

Buena ubicación al tener una pequeña playa al lado y un autobús que te lleva a otra grande. La piscina es pequeña pero los toboganes para los niños están bien. Tiene una pequeña pista de fútbol y un parque de bolas. Comida variada y rica como de 3 estrellas que es; mucha fruta siempre, que se agradece.

Cons:

La animación para los niños y adultos podría ser más y mejor.

La pasé muy bien en general
Pros:

El desayuno muy bien muy completo todo,y la ubicación también está bien cerca de la playa y a unos 800 m del centro de Denia,la marina del puerto delante del hotel muchos restaurantes está muy bien

Cons:

La piscina para lo grande q es el hotel es pequeña y demasiada gente la verdad y la bañera de la habitación podría ser mejor ducha a nivel de suelo y q salga más agua q no estaba muy bien lo demás todo ok

De tuin is prachtig, locatie ook goed

Cons:

-zwembad was enorm vies, rook naar urine en was troebel. Na 4 dagen kreeg mijn zoontje dan ook een flinke ontsteking in de oren.In de avond alles voor de spaanse kinderen maar weinig voor de volwassenen. Emtertainment binnen slecht te zien vanwege de zuilen. Word ook geen mooete gedaan na achteren te gaan staan zodat meerdere mensen het wel kunnen zien. Buiten te weinig zitplekken waardoor mensen op de strandbedjes hangen. Lange rijen voor de eetzaal. Personeel aan de bar bij het zwembad wilt weing moeite doen. Coctails bij het all in komt uit 1 fles, gaat nog geen stukje fruit in.

Pros:

Mis hijos han estado muy entretenidos, porque tienen muy buenas instalaciones, campo de futbol pequeño, pin pon, parque de bolas muy grande, columpios. La animacion para niños genial, las animadoras encantadoras y muy insistentes en que participen.
La gente que trabaja en el hitel genial, son todos muy agradables.

Pros:

El personal del hotel, todos se esmeran en que tengas una buena estancia. Las animadoras, la recepción, camareros etc.

Cons:

La piscina se queda algo pequeña para el tamaño del hotel. Las animadoras no tienen megáfono y apenas se las escucha se dejan literalmente la voz. El buffet en hora punta se forma cola.

Felt we were not welcome there
Pros:

The cleaning staff were ok and the local restaurant were very nice

Cons:

The room was very small as they did not give us the proper room and the reception staff were not very nice they were more interested in there own people than visitors we also had our mother in law with us and they refused to bring here mobility scooter in as she finds it hard to walk the air-conditioning did not work properly
