Molto pulito, staff molto cortese e disponibile che ha messo le mani avanti per cercare di venire incontro alle mie necessità. Molto gentile e disponibili anche nella spiegazione di come funzionasse la struttura. Attenzione a piccoli dettagli.

Cons:

La struttura non dispone del servizio di colazione, ma lo staff si premura di mettere al servizio della clientela macchinette con cibo e bevande.

Old building and smallish room but friendly staff and other benefits make up for it!
Pros:

The location was perfect for the purpose of my stay, especially since there was a small pocket park just behind the hotel for some exercise in the morning or evening. The room was a bit small and there was a funny smell, linked not to cleanliness but the fact that it is an old building. Staff very freindly and free coffee, fruits and snacks for those who don't want a big breakfast was a big perk!

Pros:

Loved this hotel. The staff were exceptional. Davide in particular was so kind and helpful.
Solo traveller. Given room on top floor with a balcony and good outlook. Basic older style room but clean comfortable functional with good lighting and excellent shower. Aircon easy to operate quiet and efficient.
Location chosen because better value for money than very central hotels. Excellent bus connections outside front entrance.
Highly recommend.
