Es un edificio pequeño y con pocas habitaciones, por lo que el trato con el personal es directo. La ubicación cerca del metro Policlínico también es una ventaja.

Cons:

El hotel está viejito, y el personal está todo el rato a la defensiva por las carencias que tiene: no dispone de servicio de restauración por lo que ofrecen un pequeño desayuno con snacks gratuito (esto es una ventaja pero ellos lo transmiten continuamente como carencia), apagan el ascensor a partir de cierta hora por la noche, les molesta cobrar la tasa turística con tarjeta, nuestro frigorífico no funcionaba y poco o nada pudieron hacer por resolverlo... Son pequeños detalles pero que sumándolos hacen que no sea un hotel al que volvería, no al precio que pagamos.

Small hotel in safe and quiet neighborhood fine coffee places and restaurants (3 minutes from metro station, bus right in front of the hotel). Staff is super nice and helpful.

Cons:

Nothing fancy, but if you looking for a very good place to stay away from busy and expensive city centre, this is a good choice.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Regina Margherita. The location was very convenient, but what made my experience especially pleasant was the kindness and helpfulness of the entire staff.

From the beginning of my stay, everyone made me feel welcome and well looked after. When I was trying to find a particular place, one of the staff members kindly helped me with the right direction and even accompanied me outside to make sure I was going the right way. I truly appreciated this extra kindness. They also provided me with an iron when I needed one.

A special thank you as well to Jerome, who kindly helped me with my luggage on my last day.

The housekeeping staff also did an excellent job. My room was always kept clean and comfortable, with fresh towels, a spotless bathroom, and bottled water provided every day.

Thank you to the whole team for your wonderful service and for making my stay so enjoyable. I would be very happy to stay here again!

Tutto perfetto in questa struttura.
Pulizia puntuale della camera ogni mattina con cambio lenzuola e veniva fornita sempre una bottiglietta d'acqua. In dotazione anche ciabatte. Materasso comodissimo.
La doccia molto rilassante e funzionante perfettamente, con getto d'acqua sulla schiena e cervicale quando impostata in quel modo.
Posizione più che buona per visitare tutti i punti di interesse in centro.
Inoltre la reception accogliente e preparatissima sulla città di Roma, un grande saluto a Lucio e Davide!!!

Pros:

Muy limpio, el personal amable y siempre intentando ayudar. La ubicación es buena, el metro (estación policlinico) te conecta facil con el Colisseo, a tan solo 4 paradas.
