Bed dreadful pillows old and lumpy no food available
Ideal location for Donington Park and main roads/motorway for North or South.
Staff very welcoming, friendly and approachable, helpful and informative, with nothing too much trouble.

Excellent value for money overall. Comfy bedroom; excellent food choice for dinner; tasty generous portions competitively priced. Excellent bacon was the highlight at breakfast, which otherwise was acceptable standard buffet fare.
Staff were friendly and helpful (if having to multi task) and at dinner Catherine kept the show on the road with her effervescent enthusiasm, assisted by her colleague at reception/bar.
Staff were not plentiful and as mentioned, the few that were there had to multi task to avoid delays.
