Very convenient for the airport
Think we were near some sort of vent so it was quite noisy at night.
Reasonable hotel, good value and location. Shower pressure was mint, bed was comfy
The floorboards and noise from guests on the floor above was a bit much and kept me up. Really needs better noise isolation from other rooms; might be better if you get a top floor room

The staff were a bit miserable, not very friendly and I felt didn't want to help, this was mainly the older woman.

Just that we love strong coffee and it was a little weak for us.
We booked Fri-Mon. The room we booked, The Lincoln Suite, was bright, large, had a balcony which was great. The food at the restaurant was really nice. Breakfast which was help yourself was very tasty.
That the restaurant was closed on Sunday, plus it wasn't advertised anywhere that the breakfast on Monday was cooked to order.
