Perfect location, friendly staff , and close to multiple restaurants!
Pros:

Perfect location super close to lots of different restaurants (go to Milo’s for a good value breakfast) and only a couple blocks from Paddington station. If you’re not picky, this place has all you need at a great price and great staff. Clean bed, hot shower, and flexible staff that kept our bags safe when we needed it.

Cons:

If you’re picky maybe the size of the shower and the interesting carpet smell. But to me it was not a big deal, great location and staff 😊

Ok. Con muchos fallos y poca comodidad

Reservé en un hotel y cuando llegué allí el chico que parecía estar en otra dimensión me dijo que había habido un problema con mi habitación y que tenía que cambiar de hotel. El nuevo hotel está en la siguiente manzana. Una habitación sin ventana cuando la que yo pagué era con ventana. El wifi llegaba bastante mal, perdiéndose a veces. La cama una de las incómodas en las que he estado, y por almohada nos pusieron cojines. Por lo demás, el personal simpático, y buena limpieza

Buenísima ubicación, habitación minúscula. No es lo que aparece en las fotos
Pros:

Sin duda la ubicación del establecimiento. A dos calles de Hyde park y con muchos comercios para comer y comprar cerca. A 4 mtos de la estación de Paddington con Sainsbury Local, Mango, Pret y más en el mismo lugar.
Toallas limpias y venían todos los días a cambiar papeleras.
Como punto a favor decir que tiene una nevera pequeña con su congelador por separado y con bastante capacidad.
También, aunque no lo usamos, calentador de agua y dos tazas y algo de azúcar por si quieres hacer té.
Si nos tocara otra habitación como las que vienen en las fotos de la página volveríamos a quedarnos allí.

Cons:

La habitación. Es minúscula, no se parece en nada a las fotografías, al menos la habitación 23 que fue la nuestra.
No estaba del todo limpia, el suelo tenía pelos y suciedad y así estuvo hasta el tercer día que parece que, al cambiar las papeleras, también barrieron un poco el suelo.
La decoración antiquísima en todo marrón oscuro y viejo
La cama de 135 y pegada a la pared y pegada al otro lado de la cama la nevera y ya, no hay espacio para más.
La ventana detrás y casi no se podía abrir, hay que pasar por encima de la nevera.
La cama fue otra decepción ya que es una cama plegable con 3 hierros por debajo para abrirla por lo que no es del todo cómoda.
El secador de pelo funcionó exactamente 18 segundos y se apagó y no volvió a funcionar más.
El armario tenía solo 4 perchas y una manta que mejor no tocar
Luego, algo que no es culpa del establecimiento pero si creo que son "responsables" en parte, y es en llamar la atención a los huéspedes que llegan a altas horas haciendo muchísimo ruido. Mis "vecinas" de al lado y de arriba llegaban pasadas las 11 de la noche (y hasta las 4 de la mañana) con risas, gritos, golpes.. imposible dormir así.
Yo las oía desde que entraban por recepción por lo que digo que ellos también podrían llamarles la atención en ese sentido. Ya luego en la habitación más de lo mismo.

Chambre dans un état inacceptable. Les draps ne sont pas changés : ils se contentent de refaire le lit chaque jour. Présence de traces de sang et d’autres marques répugnantes sur le matelas. Chambre minuscule, indigne du prix payé. Situation scandaleuse et totalement inacceptable.
