Aardige receptie medewerkers. Ik mocht mijn tas achterlaten, alhoewel dat niet afgesloten kon worden.

Cons:

Het formaat van de kamer was zeer klein voor met z'n drieën. En de badkamer was niet schoon: rook nog naar (oude) urine.

Excelente estadía en Londres
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, a dos cuadras de la mejor estación de Londres: Paddington. Súper cómodo. Desde ahí te podes mover a cualquier lado y hay muchos lugares turísticos a dónde podes ir a pie. El barrio es hermoso y te sentís súper seguro. Todo el personal fue realmente amable. La relación precio-calidad es excelente

A mí no me importó pero supongo que para algunas personas puede ser un inconveniente subir un piso a pie. Igual la escalera es muy cómoda. Y la habitación es chiquita. Un lado de la cama está contra la pared y puede complicar a alguien mayor. El baño también es pequeñito.

An excellent hotel for the price you pay.
Pros:

Our stay at this hotel was excellent. I understand some of the ratings lower than 10, because the accommodation and our room were not absolutely perfect in the sense that there are a few small things that could use restoration or renovation, but very little. What mattered most to us was that the rooms were clean, cleaned every day, and that fresh towels were provided daily. We actually enjoyed the Victorian style, both inside and outside, because it truly felt like authentic old London.

The location is perfect, only 5 minutes from Paddington Station and just 5 minutes from Hyde Park. For the price, this is a really great place to stay. The staff are kind and helpful, and there is also space to leave your luggage on the last day.

Cons:

The only things we missed were a hook on the bathroom door where towels could be hung, and perhaps a small shelf under the mirror for toiletries and hygiene products.

Asked for a room on the first floor as my mum struggles with a lot of stairs. They made sure we were on the first floor and upgraded us to a quad room. The staff were so friendly and very helpful. Great value for money and right near paddington station.
