Peter and his extremely competent staff welcomed us and made sure our stay was 5 star.

Alles zeer proper, mensen zeer vriendelijk, lekker ontbijt, goede locatie nabij Victoria Station

Cons:

Hadden geen hittegolf verwacht toen we het hotel boekten… helaas hadden we dus geen airco bij 35 graden. Maar ze hadden wel 2 grote ventilatoren geplaatst :-)

Pros:

Very friendly helpful staff, excellent location. Very good value for money. Breakfast was nice, menu to chose from. Room was very clean ,had x 2 fans in room as was warm.Toiletries provided, hairdryer in room. Used iron from reception. I would very happily stay here again

Las personas que llevan el hotel son encantadoras, siempre pendientes por si necesitas algo, la habitación muy cómoda con baño nuevo, el desayuno es delicioso y la ubicación fantástica, a 10 minutos andando de la estación Victoria y con un autobús en la puerta para ir al Museo Británico, a Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square... Muy recomendable

Pleasant and affordable hotel in the Victoria-Pimlico area for those with small suitcases!
Pros:

Convenient location for my business trip, very friendly staff and a simple but very tasty breakfast. My room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff had added an extra desk fan (in addition to the ceiling fan) to help deal with the heat wave.

Cons:

I knew that the hotel didn't have a lift and I was asked before my stay if a room on the third floor was OK, which I said it was. What I wasn't made aware of was how narrow the stairs were - not wide enough for me and a medium-sized (aircraft hold luggage) suitcase side by side! Hard work getting my suitcase up to my room - very noisy for other guests as I dragged it and crashed it down the stairs on departure!

Superb!!!
Pros:

Superb staff, so welcoming and really helpful. The location was about a 10 min walk from Victoria Station for me, and the hotel is on a quiet road. Comfy beds, fan and air cooling unit were much appreciated.
Breakfast was absolutely fantastic. Thank you so much, would highly recommend to anyone and will definitely use again when I return to London.
