Pros:

Very polite staff, cleanliness, excellent breakfast, the quiet street and the location for onward travel from St Pancreas Station.

Cons:

The towels were very tatty and could do with being replaced. The room was compact and bijou.

Pros:

Personeel was erg vriendelijk

Cons:

Wij sliepen op de zolder. Een hele smalle trap en stijl. Kamer vloer was scheef waardoor het bed scheef stond en niet prettig sliep.

It was okay for one night.
Pros:

It was close to where we needed to be and the street was pretty quiet, which was nice. The staff was very friendly.

Cons:

We could hear the people in the next room through the walls. We were on the top floor, which was 5 flights of stairs. The last flight was very narrow, which made it difficult to get up with my luggage.

Me tocó una habitación para 3 osea que bastante amplia. Limpieza oké
No conseguía entrar con la clave, tuve que llamar por teléfono (por suerte WhatsApp osea que sin gasto extras) el señor que vino a abrirme la puerta fue súper amable aunque fuera ya bastante tarde
A unos 5 minutos andando de kings cross pero bastante tranquilo

Cons:

Las puertas hacían un enorme ruido al cerrarse pero al no haber mucho movimiento no fue tan molesto.

Pros:

Full service hotel, helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Nice amenities in the room (ie. quality brand of soaps, robes, slippers). The decor was very well done. Comfortable rooms and bed.

Cons:

I forgot to tell the staff upon leaving to check the sink in the bathroom as the water drains really slow. The room facing the street was loud at night but I'm not used to so much noise, so for city dwellers, it's probably not an issue.

Wonderful stay for our family of five and a delicious breakfast in the morning.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay during our night in London. The hotel room was a great fit for our family of five, offering just the right amount of space and comfort for a short stay.

The location was absolutely perfect for everything we wanted to accomplish, making it easy to get around and see the highlights of the city without any stress.

The hotel itself had a very charming, boutique feel that made the experience even more special. It felt cozy, welcoming, and unique compared to larger chain hotels.

One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast—it was delicious and a great way to start our day before heading out to explore.

We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to other families looking for a comfortable, well-located, and charming place to stay in London.

The stairs are a little tricky to navigate, but really that was minimal.
