La mejor ubicación, lo volvería reservar
Pros:

La ubicación es excepcional, aunque reservarnos un cuarto pequeños del piso de arriba fue muy placentero para descansar después de caminar todo el día

Pleasant accommodation with good access to transport and West End.
Pros:

The hotel location is great. Close to Euston, Kings Cross and St Pancrass. Easy walk for buses too. Facilities, breakfast, room and staff are all good. Happy to recommend and would return in the future.

Cons:

For us (a couple in our 70s) the lack of a lift and our room allocated on the top floor, proved to be challenging, but we coped. We'd probably specify a lower floor room if we were to return.

Opción perfecta con buena ubicación.
Pros:

La habitación era muy cómoda, la cama también, el baño estaba estupendo. El desayuno estaba rico, no era de una calidad increíble pero todo estaba rico. La ubicación es perfecta.

zentral zu mehreren U-Bahnstationen gelegen; freundliches Personal; viele Essenslokale in der Gegend

Cons:

Das "Upgrade" stellte sich als Backofen unter dem Dach heraus, das trotz 2er Ventilatoren nicht auf Normaltemperatur zu bringen war (es herrschte gerade eine Hitzewelle mit Tagestemperaturen jenseits der 30 Grad, nachts war es draußen kühl, aber leider nicht im Zimmer).
Egal zu welcher Zeit man zum Frühstück (im Untergeschoß - heiß, eng, ungastlich) erschien, man musste warten, bis ein Tisch frei wurde. Frühstück eher minimalistisch, aber man hatte ohnehin keine Lust, sich lange aufzuhalten.

Absolutely brilliant!! We loved staying there, and will definitely use again.
Pros:

Very close to St Pancras and Kings Cross. The immediate area is clean and quiet with no traffic noise. The hotel is small, friendly and had a homely feel. All the staff were helpful, friendly and professional.

Cons:

A fridge would have been a bonus, but that’s the only thing that could have improved our stay.
