Pros:

We were advised it was a very small room which we were ok with, they upgraded us to a bigger room when we arrived which was really nice of them to do

Cons:

Prédio velho. Sem elevador, somente escadas. Quarto pequeno. Camas desconfortáveis. Não tem ar condicionado, somente um ventilador muito ruim. Passamos mal de tanto calor. A funcionária da limpeza nos deixou 2 dias sem sabonete, mesmo eu tendo pedido na recepção. Banheiro Pessimo: a água do chuveiro inundava o chão. Tudo muito ruim.

Pros:

Location was perfect, short walk from King’s Cross and St Pancras. Quiet area in a very central location, beds were really comfy and everywhere clean. Staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Cons:

Was very hot but it’s London in peak summer in an old building. A fan was provided for our stay without being asked for so that was a nice touch.

superbe sejour à Londres, pratique, propre et agreable.
Pros:

chambre grande, tres bien placé à coté de St Pancras pour ne pas perdre de temps. Quartier calme et dans un square. Personnel tres agréable et arrengeant.

Cons:

pas de frigo / clim dans les chambres, mais cela est mentionné, donc pas de surprise. Tres bon equipement

Pros:

Great location and staff were very helpful and professional.

Cons:

A couple of hairs in the bed and shower. Lack of locked cupboard/room to store your luggage before and/or after check-in/out. Anybody can go through the luggage.

Great for a mid-week city break
Pros:

Very convenient for railway stations and travel. Room was clean and comfy. Room at front overlooking gardens and a quiet street. Near the shops, and walkable to city centre.

Cons:

Nothing. It was over 30C when I was there, but electric fan provided kept room cool enough.

Super, localisation et personnel au top !
Pros:

La localisation est très bien située, le personnel était très gentil et agréable, le petit déjeuner était bon, la chambre est petite mais confortable et fonctionnelle

Cons:

Notre chambre était au dernier étage et il faisait vite très chaud dans la chambre et il était difficile d’aérer, de plus les escaliers sont étroit donc plus difficile avec la valise

Pros:

The location was great. The staff were all lovely and it was a clean and comfortable room.

Cons:

The only thing we didn't like, was that you only got one towel each and no hand towel.
With the weather being hot we could have done with both, but on a positive note, it was changed each day and we didn't ask for more so they would have probably given us extra if we'd asked for them.
