Quiet, comfortable stay in a central location.
Pros:

My stay at the Hotel started with a surprise, I was given a huge room rather than the single I had booked. It was very spacious and overlooked the square with a public tennis court. It was nice to see people play tennis on a humid January morning. Staff were friendly and the price was very ok. New, contemporary interior design in blue.

Cons:

Nothing really. Toilet seat was a little wonky.

Personnel à la réception très sympathique et accueillant
Localisation de l'hôtel en général: les stations de métro Russel Square, Euston et St Pancras permettent de se rendre partout dans la ville facilement.

Cons:

Insonorisation à déplorer
Pas de flexibilité pour le petit déjeuner qui ferme assez tôt (9h en semaine): à 9h le buffet est retiré et à 9h15 maximum il faut être parti car le personnel commence à nettoyer. C'est dommage, ce serait bien de pouvoir au moins prendre le temps de manger si on arrive à 8h45.

Goede ligging maar hygiene was niet top!
Pros:

Het was een prachtige ruime 5 persoonskamer! Met een heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel. Het hotel lag ook dichtbij tal leuke restaurant, tapas en pubs.

Cons:

Jammer genoeg was de kamer enorm vochtig waardoor onze kleren begonnen stinken. De afzuiging in de badkamer werkte niet 100% waardoor er altijd heel veel vocht was. De douchekop was vol met zwarte schimmel.
