It was okay for one night only
Pros:

Room was nice although having fan instead of airconditioning was not very pleasant

A decent base for exploring London if you only care about location and cleanliness
Pros:

Very beautiful neighborhood and just a stone's throw from the tube station.
​Extremely polite and helpful staff.
​Excellent value for money, especially for London.

Cons:

the double room we stayed in was extremely small,so tight that we couldn't even find space to keep two suitcases open. The bathroom was also tiny. In general, the double rooms (at least the one we were allocated) feel more suitable for a single traveler. Additionally, our window faced a gloomy back shaft.
The breakfast was highly disappointing with almost no variety. It was very basic, offering just one type of cheese and one type of ham. Even the bread was served to order in tiny portions,literally three half slices of toast.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer war für britische Verhältnisse in Ordnung, Lage super. Der Ventilator an der Decke war sehr angenehm.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr klein, mit zwei offenen Koffern konnte man sich fast nicht bewegen.

Excellent stay at the Nayland Hotel.
Pros:

This hotel is a budget hotel had a good fan in the room, the twin room was quite large and it was exceptionally clean. The staff were really helpful at check in and checkout he asked us if we wanted to leave our cases we were going straight to train station. We didn't have breakfast so cannot comment on this but for a 20 min walk to BST Hyde Park at £130 with booking.com it is an excellent budget hotel.
