Proche du centre ville et des transports bus et métro .
Très bon service breakfast et accueil d’entrée ( possibilité d’y laisser les bagages avant ou après l’occupation de la chambre, accepte qu’on pique nique dans le salon d’entrée)
On aurait aimé avoir au moins une fois en 5 jours un vrai breakfast anglais avec oeufs brouillés , bacon grillé, saucisses et Baker beans mais c’est peut être pas dans ce genre d’hôtel qu’il faut aller pour ça…
L’ottima posizione vicino alla stazione e alla metro, angolo bar con acqua tè e caffè sempre a disposizione, deposito valigie senza costi, la cortesia dello staff

L accueil, l emplacement près du métro, le quartier, le petit-déjeuner, la gentillesse du personnel , la chambre à l étage était calme.

Il bagno cieco era molto piccolo. La moquette era piuttosto macchiata, gli arredi vecchi, il calorifero scrostato, inoltre c'erano impalcature all' esterno. La colazione non era di qualità. I caloriferi si accendevano per sole due ore la mattina (6/8) e la sera( 21/23). Il giorno dell' arrivo abbiamo trovato delle mutande usate nell' armadio.
Prachtige en handige locatie - je bent zo bij station Paddington en ook heel dicht bij twee grote parken.
Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Kamer en badkamer worden goed schoongemaakt.
Je kunt eigenlijk niet op de kamer verblijven omdat het daarvoor te klein is - als slaapkamer is het wel prima hoor.
Het ontbijt is basis: er is toast met beleg, yoghurt, fruit, koffie/thee, maar de opties zijn beperkt.

La habitacion era mas pequeña de lo que esperaba, el desayuno era hasta las 9am y el personal no fue amable al llegar cerca del horario de cierre
Location was superb, close to Paddington, Hyde Park and other attractions. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The room was spotlessly clean and had all the basics.
The room was very small, with little space for a suitcase. If used as a twin by two people with big cases or rucksacks it would be very cramped. The bathroom too was small, but well appointed.

The young guy on reception was almost rude and very offhand, not helpful at all, not want you want after spending 24 hours on a plane. The rest of the reception staff and cleaning staff were good
