El personal del comedor muy amable y la limpieza es impecable. Esta muy bien situado

Las habitaciones para 3 personas son muy pequeñas y a nosotros que ibamos hemos estado 8 noches con desayuno incluido, nos dieron una habitacion en sotano con ventana a un minipatio, a nuestra solicitud de que nos dieran una habitación en otra altura, fue atendida subiendonos una planta y con ventana a patio interior. Yo entiendo que, ante una estancia tan larga, se deberia haber dado un mejor trato y habernos dado una mejor habitación.

Great attententive hotel , family friendly in a perfect location.
Pros:

Location fabulous , staff attentive and polite, very clean , good continental breakfast ( cooked breakfast would make this the best hotel in the area) . Only 2 minor let downs, tea and coffee in rooms and option for cooked breakfast. Would i return , yes i would. Thanks for accomodating our family .

Cons:

I liked everything , just i would have liked a fry up and a brew in my room. Luckily i realised before arriving and brought a travel kettle.

De 10 Calidad / precio
Pros:

Desde el trato del personal, la ubicación, y la limpieza fue muy agradable. El hotel es sencillo, pero no necesitas mas, para recorrerte la ciudad.
Barrio muy agradable, residencial, no daba miedo caminar por la noche.
Y muy cerca de varias paradas de metro, y Lineas de autobús centrales.

Very pleasant experience overall. Lack of AC could be a con, but the pros outweigh it.
Pros:

Excellent location, excellent value, complimentary tea and coffee 0-24, they secured our luggage before check-in and after check-out. The bed was very comfy.

Cons:

Lack of AC. There was a fan in the room, but the room was so hot that we basically had to leave the window open when we were in. The rooms are close to each other and the windows were overlooking the open hallway so people were strolling in front of our window. One time, the cleaning crew also left our window open which we had intentionally closed before leaving to avoid someone sneaking in. No property was stolen, but felt uncomfortable upon return. I understand their intent though, our room could get really hot throughout the day.

Aamupala oli vähän niukka, mutta kyllä siitä ihan hyvin päivän alkuun sai. Huone oli kuvauksen mukainen, tyypillinen pieni huone, jossa kaikki tarvittava. Sijainti hyvä, lähistöllä kaikki tarpeellinen. Huoneen siivous joka päivä.

Very unprofessional - 1 hour before check-in I called the
To check my reservation - turned out they cancelled it and caused me a lot of inconvenience as I had a wedding to get to on the same day. Poor customer service and very unprofessional - will not be booking this again as it’s highly unreliable.

Arrivati in hotel la ns prenotazione non esisteva, booking.com non ha trasmesso la ns prenotazione, in breve tempo abbiamo dovuto cercare posto in altro hotel e dormire in una piazza e mezza in due persone, con esborso si altri soldi in aggiunta. Non so cosa sia successo ma al massimo arrivo non risultava nulla, il prb sembra non abbia riguardato solo noi. Vi scrivere in modo più dettagliato corredato da prove, un 15 agosto complicato. Grazie
