The staff where lovely
Nothing it was lovely
Todo excelente: la amabilidad de Herve y su staff, la limpieza y la ubicación. La habitacion es exactamente lo que esperaba y muy cómoda. Si viajas solo, es ideal.
L'hôtel est particulièrement bien placé, dans une rue perpendiculaire à la plage , très calme mais à 5/10 minutes à pied des premiers site à visiter et une vingtaine de la gare! L'accueil est au top, tout est fait pour qu'on se sente comme chez soi avec un choix pour le petit déjeuner extra et copieux, ce qui permet d'attendre l'heure du dîner . L'hôtel est plein de charme et confortable . Nous y avons passé 4 nuits. A refaire sans hésiter !
Good location, helpful and friendly staff
Wifi in the top floor was a bit patchy at times
Room was clean. Bathroom had adequate toiletries. WiFi was free. Location was good
Breakfast was plentiful but not particularly well cooked or well presented.
When we ticked the box for parking we assumed it would be on site. We did park immediately outside the property but that was pure luck because only public parking was available
Location was really good and had an affordable price
One of the staff members insisted that we pay in cash for the on street parking even though they could take card, was a hassle trying to get cash with all the luggage
Room very comfortable: bed made up every day, fresh pack of biscuits every day

There was nothing at all which I didn't like, as everything in the room was easy to use: shower, lighting, TV, so I cannot fault my stay in any way

Bathroom sink didn’t work but shower was great and room had a sink
The sea-view room has a good size and view, while the standard room is a bit cramped. The location is unbeatable, right across the road from the pier and close to the Lanes. The breakfast is very good. Overall, would stay here again if visiting Brighton.
