Excellent location
Pros:

Very friendly staff, very clean, excellent location. Showed where to park on arrival with a discounted pass. Lovely comfy bed. Excellent breakfast.

Very comfortable, short walk to centre theatre so perfect if you get balcony room!
Pros:

We were lucky and were given a room at the front of property opposite the green grass square with a small balcony which we could go out on and had a sea view. Staff were very friendly & efficient, breakfast had good choices.

Cons:

We had trouble getting in when we arrived so just make sure front bell is repaired!

Pros:

Perfect location for seafront and city. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean comfortable rooms and a good breakfast. Really good to be have use of the hotel all day on our departure day.

Cons:

A hat we left in our room disappeared after we left.

A fantastic place to stay with lots of charm and character, close to the front

Lovely staff, probably won’t be going back

Convenient to where we wanted to be

Fairly small bed and shower
Shower door very difficult to open and close
Very noisy, window open as a very hot weekend
We were advised to eat at cafe round corner from hotel as more choice and sorry to say the worst breakfast I’ve ever had

Please do not advertise the hotel as having parking- it doesn't
Pros:

The reception staff tried to be helpful when it came to parking the car. The room was comfortable.

Cons:

The hotel is advertised as having car parking- this is incorrect. Having car parking means that you need to purchase a permit for £10 from the hotel and then finding parking on streets further away from the hotel which are all for resident permit holders. If you are able to find parking on these busy residential streets, you can use the permit purchased from the hotel.
The latch on one of the windows was broken which meant it could not be completely shut, which was fine as it was warm however in the winter that may not be the case.

Pros:

I have booked a room and next morning have been contacted by hotel to say we don't have available rooms
Although money was refunded , it was very inappropriate and would not recommend anyone to book there
