The room was cold on arrival, I had to move the bed out from the wall to access the plug, I wish I didn't because it really wasn't clean.
However, all the bedding and everything else was clean
When I requested a receipt for the parking permits I purchased so I could put through my expenses I was denied.
On the back of the permits it clearly states NOT FOR RESALE.
Staff were lovely and happy to help. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel is easy to find

Staff recommendations on places to eat, friendliness
This hotel is a great find for the price in Brighton, it’s not far from the town. We had a small issue where the TV wasn’t working from the last guest and the staff were so apologetic and clearly unhappy.
It’s quite an old hotel and clearly needs work doing, but it’s fine for one night for the price. The room was also small but we weren’t expecting it to be big.

De locatie was fantastisch. Dichtbij het centrum, 5 minuten lopen naar de pier. 2 minuten naar de zee. Het was ook allemaal heel schoon. Vriendelijke medewerkers. De prijs was ook heel goed! Nog geen €150,- voor twee nachten.
De kamer rook niet helemaal fris bij binnenkomst. De geur leek uit het doucheputje te komen, maar na wat doorspoelen was dat ook weg.
