The location of the hotel was great in the centre of town. Also there was a parking space close by.
The shared toilet was very small and pokey.
I liked it's location as was near to local facilities and hostelries in Kemptown. Easy check in and clean and quiet room.

La chambre au rez de chaussée assez bruyant
Perfect location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a bit small but the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good too. Will book again.

L'hôtel est bien situé, à proximité de la la Brigthon Pier et du.Royal monument et de nombreux restaurants.
La chambre pour 3 se situe au dernier étage sous les combles.
Pas de parking, très peu de place pour se garer et nous n'avons pas été informé par le personnel présent qu'il ne fallait pas se garer dans la rue juste avant l'hôtel, du coup 35 livres d'amende en plus des 20 livres payées pour le stationnement ça fait cher les 24 heures à Brigthon.
Faites bien attention aux panneaux jaunes!

The location and cleanliness very good , to park the car it was difficult to find but they offered a voucher £9 for 24 hours in the area, also the room was lovely but we didn’t know it was on 3rd floor as we are over 70 years old ☹️ it was difficult as no lifts but it’s not the hotel’s fault 😊
