Top locatie en goed verblijf
Pros:

De ligging is perfect, dichtbij de metro.
Ontbijt is goed en wordt goed bijgevuld.
Personeel is zeer vriendelijk.
Kamers zijn schoon en elke dag schone handdoeken.

Cons:

De badkamer is erg klein en krap.
De dekens waren vrij dik dus bij warm weer is het te warm.

Bed is too short. 180 is not standard or normal. Never in my 50y I have seen this rubbish.
Also, celebrated my 50th birthday, hotel didn’t recognise it even with a candy, not to mention a bottle of bubbly... weird!

Jag saknar att det bara fanns två stycken pålägg till frukosten, ost och skinka, inga grönsaker alls fanns att få.

Schlaf unmöglich – Knarrender Boden und laute Lüftung
Pros:

Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Das Frühstück ist lecker - frische Croissants, frisches Obst, Toast, verschiedene Müsli, Milch, Säfte, auch englisches Frühstück vorhanden, Kaffee/ Cappuccino aus der Maschine ist gut.

Hotel und Zimmer sind sauber, Handtücher werden täglich auf Wunsch gewechselt.

Shampoo, Duschgel und Bodylotion werden täglich aufgefüllt.

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt für einen Städtetrip.

Viele Restaurants/Bäckerei/Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Umgebung.

Teppichboden!

Laute Geräusche! Dünne Wände.

Ohrenstöpsel nötig!

Knarrender Fußboden, ist sehr laut, man wird sogar von Nachbarn nebenan geweckt, wenn diese sich im Zimmer bewegen.

Wir hatten 2 Zimmer im 3.Stock, Suite 301 und Twin Room 306. In beiden Zimmern knarrt der Boden, im Zimmer und im Bad.

Die Gäste aus den Nachbarzimmern 303 und 304 bestätigten uns diese Geräusche. Sie sagten uns auf Nachfrage, dass bei ihnen die knarrenden Bodengeräusche auch laut zu hören sind, von allen Seiten, auch von oben aus dem 4.Stock.

Laute Lüftungsgeräusche, obwohl im eigenen Zimmer die Klimaanlage aus ist. Der Nachbar hatte die Klima an und bei uns war ein brummendes und lautes Lüftungsgeräusch zu hören, was nachts den Schlaf trübt.

Im Treppenhaus ist ein Maschinenraum in der Wand und die Geräusche übertragen sich ins Zimmer.

Uns wurde ein Zimmerwechsel in Suite 505 angeboten, was wir dankend annehmen wollten, da die Suiten überwiegend im Untergeschoss sind.
Wir haben alle Koffer gepackt und verstaut.
Als wir am Abend ins Hotel zurückkamen, wurde das neue Zimmer versehentlich bereits anderen Gästen gegeben. Wir mussten zurück ins ursprüngliche Zimmer 301, wo wir den gesamten Aufenthalt über kaum schlafen konnten!

Keine Erholung!

Sehr schade - das Hotel ist sehr bemüht! Wären die Boden- und die Lüftungsgeräusche nicht gewesen, hätten wir das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfohlen.

Pros:

Byl jsem ubytovaný v pokoji číslo 110, byl velice prostorný a čistý.

Cons:

Bohužel venku vedle pokoje byly umístěny klimatizace a ty byly když se spustily velice hlučné což celkový dojem z pobytu bohužel výrazně ovlivnilo.

missnöjd med boendet
Pros:

Beställde med frukost, när vi skulle äta frukost första dagen, så ingick det bara till 1 av 5 personer, stod till och med i Booking appen att det ingick frukost. Kommer inte att boka detta hotell igen, och förmodligen inte med Booking heller.

Dålig hiss, så var så långsam, så det var väntetid hela tiden.
