Good location, nice huge room, available coffee and tea there. As well as clear instructions about all nuances and general information in one email.

Not much. Left for another hotel after first night. Only positive was the room was clean and warm, however would never recommend to anyone I know
Maintenance poor. Hot water only trickled out of shower-awful. Room Spartan with only two towels and two pillows. Bedside light and vanity light in bathroom broken. Cheap and old tables. Mattresses collapsed and felt springs. TV did not have connection to any programs. Bathroom basin no plug. Repairs to bathroom mirror poor and not finished. Curtain rail about to fall off. Room noisy, no double glazing. Extension lead for table lamp dangerous - wires pulled out. No switch on table lamp. Had to unplug it from the extension lead to make it work. Lampshade broken and loose on fitting and light only worked by shaking it. No chair or place to put suitcases in the room. Foyer ceiling in need of repairs, water damage.

The water doesn't drain properly in the shower and the radiator needs a manual to work out how to use it
Clean and comfy room! Lovely view of the park. I had a much more pleasant stay than I expected after reading some of the reviews. I guess it is dependent on the room you are given but I was very comfortable here.
Some noise from the neighbours due to thin walls but to be expected.
Bardzo dobra i piękna lokalizacja. Personel codziennie wymieniał ręczniki na świeże oraz opróżniał kosz. Zakwaterowanie bezkontaktowe, wcześniej zostały wysłane dokładne instrukcje.
Woda pod prysznicem nie schodziła odrazu, efektem było stanie w wodzie po kostki w brodziku. Rano był problem z napełnianiem się wody w spłuczce w toalecie.
Location and ease of access
Its location was the only aspect that was good. It’s close to a few bus stops and is only a 20 minute bus outside the main part of Edinburgh.
The shower did not work, it was extremely cold and the heater did not work. We requested an extra heater and/or more blankets since we could not sleep. With there being no staff on sight, we had to reach out for help via the app. They said they alerted “the staff” that we wanted more blankets and when we returned at the end of the day, there were no extra blankets, no heater, no message that nothing had been given to us. I knew “the staff” came because the trash was emptied.
The hotel room is decent value for money, but don’t expect anything more than that. Its main advantages are its good location relative to the city centre, reasonable price and clean bed linen. A good option for one or two nights.
The room felt a bit stuffy, and the carpet on the floor really needs a good clean; also, the TV was acting up – people in the next room were pressing their remote and controlling our TV :)
