A bit ran down by time but still not bad.
Pros:

Cons:

The room bedroom window was broken and did not close completely.

There is a seagull that peeks through the window and taps on in with its beak for attention.

Localização boa, com pontos de ônibus muito próximos. Pelo menos os lençóis estavam limpos.

Cons:

Local muito sujo na área de entrada, os tapetes muito sujos. Chegamos às 15hrs e o quarto ainda não estava pronto. Funcionarias sem vontade. As camas afundam quando se deita. O chão faz barulho quando se pisa. Da pra ouvir barulho dos outros quartos. A limpeza não foi feita mesmo deixando que gostaríamos que fosse feita. Deixaram o lixo no chão do quarto.

Pár napra tökéletes!
Pros:

Az ágyak nagyon kényelmesek voltak , meg is lepődtem hogy milyen jót aludtam a 3 éjjszaka. A lokáció sem rossz bár 15 perc séta minden irányba a Tram!

Cons:

A falak nagyon vékonyak minden áthallatszik , az ajtókat az egész házban csapkodták! A zuhanyzóba felszerelt árammal müködö vízmelegítő hangos volt és bizar!

Not worth it
Pros:

Its location was the only aspect that was decent. It’s close to a few bus stops and is only a 20 minute bus outside the main part of Edinburgh.

Cons:

The shower did not work, it was extremely cold and the heater did not work. We requested an extra heater and/or more blankets since we could not sleep. With there being no staff on sight, we had to reach out for help via the app. They said they alerted “the staff” that we wanted more blankets and when we returned at the end of the day, there were no extra blankets, no heater, no message that nothing had been given to us. I knew “the staff” came because the trash was emptied. The beds we're extremely uncomfortable, almost like sleeping on cardboard boxes, and the blankets were thin, hence us being freezing. Some sheets also had stains. Overall, we do not recommend staying here even if the price feels enticing. It's not worth it.

It is Ok for this price, the facilities are very old, especially shower.

All the essentials were there; mini cooler, microwave, electric kettle, hair dryer, iron and board, and a tv. Bathroom great size.

Cons:

I fee like the staff really need to speak at least basic English so they can help guests when approached. I tried asking a couple of the housekeeping ladies something, but they just ran off laughing because they couldn’t understand me. The phone customer service was disappointing too...lady on the line sounded completely unenthusiastic and low-energy, like she didn’t want to be there. Overall the stay was okay, but they could definitely improve on communication and service.
