It was very noisy no sound proofing

The room was very nice, and the hotel theme is a great touch. Breakfast was very nice, not a huge choice, but it very tasty and good value.
The shower could have been better, the water flow wasn't great and although the temperature was fine one day the next it kept changing.
I loved all the celebrity photos and the room names. I stayed in Catherine Zita Jones room111 which was ok.
The bed was however rock hard and I managed to get very little sleep with the rock hard pillows.There was a lot of noise all night long coming from groups of young people who came in and out, even trying to get into my room.at one point. No evening meals served bar poorly stocked. Only one member of staff on duty for the whole time who could not cope and keep things under control. I will not be bac k.

The bed was comfortable and the bedsheets were clean. It was inexpensive, and there was cold drinking water available on every floor. The staff were very kind.
Very old-fashioned. Everything is worn. There was no mirror in the bathroom and no mixer tap. The light kept flickering.
Good location and good price, beds were reasonably comfy and it's been decorated to a good enough level

It was basic but clean and tidy, the beds were comfortable and the themed rooms were a nice touch. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Location. Rita was wonderful.
The man who worked the late shift after Rita kept knocking on my door saying we were making noise and that only 1 person per room was allowed. I had travelled to the area to meet a friend that i hadn't seen for a while, there was no excessive noise. Unlike my second night when my neighbours were shouting and playing music all night. Nothing was done in this case.

Love how clean my room was show and bath was lovely. I had a bath due to my joins not had one in years due to my house has a small bath theirs was amazing. Staff was amazing .The breakfast buffet was set up good id you like big breakfast amd all fresh
As i only have cereal there was only two choices there and the cornflakes was abit stale.
Location fine as long as u don’t mind a walk and hills, everything within 10 min walk, clean comfy room, decent bathroom with shower,
Nothing, although £10 per day parking as booked through booking.com was a little steep
