Superb hotel. Staff were friendly and kind. Lovely decor and rooms. Beautiful bedding with fabulous sheets, pillows and comfy mattress. In a superb area for Royal Albert Hall and all the museums. Gloucester Roada 5 minute walk. Quiet and stylish area.

Cons:

Nothing. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.

Very good central London bolt hole
Pros:

Superb location for Royal Albert Hall and well appointed, comfortable room which was beautifully decorated. Very good shower.

Cons:

The breakfast offer was meagre, so we went elsewhere.

Excellent location and good facility, slightly disappointed in cleanliness
Pros:

Friendly welcome by the receptionist despite there being an error in the reservation details (it was made under a wrong name, I suspect some booking bug). Additionally, my request for a high floor room was satisfied.

Room was pretty small, but that was expected and they managed to fit a small closet inside which is a welcome addition when many similarly-sized rooms often do not provide ANY storage space.

Excellent location and an interesting building.

Cons:

The shelf in the closet was very dusty. It's placed above eye-level so it's difficult to see it's dirty, but I placed some black clothes there and they came out covered in dust. It would have taken a second to wipe it, so it was suprising to say the least.

Great stay but breakfast options limited
Pros:

The location, the room, the staff and service. Everything was smooth and without issue. We were very comfortable in the room and would highly recommend the hotel to anyone.

Cons:

We opted to book the hotel with breakfast included. But one person is vegan. Was advised the only vegan options were some tomatoes, cucumbers, and toast.

I'm not sure if this was a misunderstanding. But the non-vegan guest loved their breakfast!
