Wow! Beautiful days…
Pros:

El alojamiento tiene todos los puntos a favor: cercanía a las estaciones de tren y de metro, cerca del centro caminando, habitaciones con lo suficiente para pasar algunas noches, personal atento las 24 horas, luggage room…. Lo super recomiendo.

Cons:

El baño es pequeño, pero te apañas fenomenal.

Entendemos que a este precio no puedes pedir lujos, pero se no cuesta nada poner mas estanterías, o perchas para aprovechando cada rincón , para mas comodidad 3 clientes

Noise of building works destroyed the peace and quiet I needed.
Pros:

There was a bad smell in the room, even with the window open all night.

Cons:

TV didn’t work. Cramped room. Electricity supple for kettle was dubious, I didn’t use it.

Dreadful , awful , avoid
Pros:

Awful experience...had to swap rooms 3 times within the hotel. Ive personally stayed in hundeds of hotels without a fraction of the drama experienced here in one night alone. The first room allocated was freezing with radiator broken so we were moved to a second room which although inconvenient we could live with. However, in this room, after we switched the lights off, we were awoken by a mouse / rat having a snack in our bin close to the bed . This was around midnight so we couldnt easily move hotels and so was begrudgingly given a third room by the staff who seemed indifferent to this ordeal . This 3rd room was again cold, tiny , dingey (albeit seemingly rodent free) . The next day i discussed the matter at reception and emailed the hotel management who refused to give any even small refund for the inconvenience. Aside their generic fob off they said and I quote 'We have not had any problems at the hotel with mice but if they come from outside it is outside of our control.' My partner and i had barely slept and had work the next day. I strongly advise to give this hotel a miss. The management have no customer care or consideration. To them its clearly just a central london money making scheme and the guest experience is irrelevant. In fact id go as far as to say it was the worse hotel experience ive ever had across in decades of hotel stays. If we could give 0 out of 5 we most definitely would.
