Hotel is old, but value for Money.
Pros:

Shower had great pressure

TV had no Channels
Bathroom door didn't stay closed
Bathroom was very small but shower had great pressure when you did get in.

Based on the actual room standards and facilities provided, the rooms would realistically be worth around £40–£45 per night, yet they are charging £60–£80 or more. It feels like they are mainly charging for the location and taking advantage of it rather than offering genuine value for money.

Pros:

Amazing location and prices, the beds were very comfortable, and the staff were lovely. Very good value!

Sleepless and uncomfortable stay
Pros:

The only positive thing I can say is that the staff were friendly.

Cons:

This property is acceptable only as an emergency 1 night stay. I cannot in good conscience recommend it for any longer than that.

The walls here are paper-thin so you are bound to hear everything, and I truly mean everything. From people talking; moving about; grizzly bear snoring; using the toilet or having intercourse. The last one might be particularly uncomfortable, as the beds are usually only one or two meters apart, making you involuntarily involved in whatever goes down. The first day we had to switch rooms in the middle of the night, because it just got unbearable with our neighbours. Luckily, the night shift receptionist was very professional about it and gave us a another room.

On the third night, a guttering sound of the fire alarm woke us up at 1 o'clock in the morning. I was told there was a fire and that it had been put out in a-matter-of-fact tone. The following morning we were woken up by the fire alarm again, which rallied the entire hotel. Apparently either the hot steam from shower triggered it or someone was smoking in their room. A little while later there was yet another fire alarm. Good heavens, three in one day!

On our last night we were yet again roused by neighbours having intercourse at 2 o'clock in the morning, at which point we just decided to pack and check-out sooner that we intended.

The interior is somewhat run-down but that is to be expected from this price range. The bathroom is tiny, can't imagine that a person with a larger build would fit in there. The bed is okay, but I couldn't sleep because of all the noise.

I recommend to spend a little extra on a different accommodation instead.

Zum Schlafen reichts.
Pros:

Lage ist ok, das Gebäude und die Zimmer aber sehr eng (Altbau).
Personal freundlich und der Umgang sehr unkompliziert.

Zimmer war zu eng :(
