Excellent value for money, fab location, lovely staff, very clean and tidy hotel

The hotel is fantastic value for money, it was extremley clean, location was brilliant, hotel was quiet and the staff were welcoming, kind and helpful. We travelled with our young son and they made an effort to speak to him everyday along with ourselves. The wifi is brilliant too never failed over our 4 day stay, we could also leave our luggage on arrival and before leaving london in the hotel. Location is fantastic for sightseeing 2 mins walk from kings cross tube, but you are just 20 mins walk from Camden, Euston, chinatown etc.. I think the only downside was that the room lacked a little extra comfort, such as additional pillows, a bit of softness which is needed after long day sightseeing. However that would be our only fault. Our son said the hotel should be 11 out of 10 rating! Thank you for a brilliant stay and giving us such happy memories of our trip to london. We would definitley stay again.

El precio, económico para Londres. La ubicación esta p ir en tren o metro a cualquier parte, aunque fuimos caminando a muchos lados, ya que nos gusta recorrer la ciudad a pie. El personal muy amable y servicial

Cons:

La habitación para 2 personas muy chica para estar 6 noches. Si vas 2 o 3 noches no estaría tan mal, pero 6 ya estábamos incómodos. Mi habitación había que subir 2 pisos y después de caminar como locos es agotador, además de subir con las valijas. Esta en frente de una plaza donde hay homeless y a la noche se pelean o gritan. No te sentís tan seguro, aunq no nos haya pasado nada en absoluto.

Tuvimos la infeliz sorpresa de iniciar nuestro viaje siendo enviados a la habitación número 65, que se encontraba dos pisos por debajo del nivel de la calle. Esto significaba que no había ventilación, había un fuerte olor y el ambiente era completamente claustrofóbico. Inmediatamente presentamos una queja y nos cambiaron de habitación, pero las instalaciones continuaron empeorando…
