The room was clean. The bathroom was modern. A giant window and a fan provided during the warm weather made it pleasant.
The room was a bit small but we only used it for sleeping there and getting ready, it's not really a complaint though.
Great location near Paddington Station and good proximity to local attractions, pubs and restaurants.
The room was small and cramped for three people but it did the job for a couple of nights. We stayed during the very hot weather in Jul 26 and the room has no air conditioning so it was very stuffy even with the window open. Fans were provided, however, which provided some comfort. The small TV didn't work, and there was no fridge, but wasn't a major problem.
The room was clean and comfortable.
It was a little noisy as we had to have the windows open due to the heat. Not really the hotels fault. The ensuite was tiny, but we have stayed at this hotel before and the ensuite was larger in our previous room.

I made a coffee in the room and the spoon had clearly been used to eat a yoghurt or similar. The inside of the cup also had yoghurt residue inside.
The room was very very hot and very uncomfortable. There was a fan which just circulated the hot air.
The location was great for Hyde park festival and the hotel was easy to find. The parking isn’t great but we booked a space with JustPark so we had one reserved just up from the hotel.
The floors is the room we’re all grubby and within the first hour of being in the room I had to change my socks as they were covered in dirt. This could be because of the windows being left open before we arrived, but didn’t feel very nice.
The double bed was very uncomfortable and mattress very thin.
No extra pillows in room and the ones on the bed were also very thin.

The shower didn’t drain properly, and there was no actual air conditioning in the room, only a standing fan. I had to leave my window open all night, and have the fan going 24/7
Estaba muy bien ubicado, llegamos fácil, la habitación tenia el tamaño adecuado para dos personas que solo pasarían la noche en la habitación. La cama era cómoda.
La persona que nos hizo el check in no fue grosera pero tampoco amable, me tiró la tarjeta de entrada en el mostrador de mala manera y nos recibió diciendo "What?" (No así el de check out, que fue super amable), la habitación tenia un ventilador que con suerte tiraba aire, y en plena ola de calor se nos hizo imposible dormir, la habitación era un sauna y las toallas olían a ¿queso? ¿Doritos?

It did have airconditiong which was good, it was clean and the location was great.
The room was so small that two people had to coordinate to move around. My husband and I are both under 5'5 and thin, and we barely fit in the shower. The elevator did not work however and we had to hike our luggage up and down the stairs.
