Chambre en sous sol avec deux fenêtres mais une donne sur une sorte de verrière et ne dispose pas de rideaux. La salle de bain ne dispose pas de rangement où poser ses affaires
The location of the hotel was very convenient and had great access to Earl's Court tube station. There were many restaurants and shops in the surrounding area. It was a quiet area with great bus lines too.
Our hotel room was located on the fourth floor with no lift service. The room was quite warm but two fans were provided. The shower had hardly any pressure and the shower head was clogged. We asked for a staff member to fix the shower but no-one was available. We were also told that the issue applied to every room. In addition to this, there was no grip mats in the shower nor on the tiled floor outside. I nearly slipped when trying to use the shower. We did however receive compensation from the hotel for the lack of shower facilities.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Located near the tube station, which will bring you to Central London in less than 15 minutes. Also easy to reach coming from the airport. Earl’s Court is a very nice place to stay. The hotel is located in a quiet street, but once you turn around the corner, you have a bunch of stores and coffee and food spots!
It would have been a ten if the room had airconditioning and a refrigerator. Other than that, our stay was absolutely perfect!!

Nothing to dislike
I checked in around 30 minutes early and this was accommodated quickly without question. The room was fantastic value for money - bed was comfortable albeit the pillows weren’t the best. Great size, even had a little outdoor ‘balcony’. Brilliant location, quite literally took me less than a minute to walk to Earls Court station and is seconds away from shops and restaurants. I would highly recommended and will definitely use this place again.
The pillows provided felt old and of low quality, the towel had a stain on (but was clean), and the bathroom could have had a little more attention given to it when it was cleaned (minor things like dust on the soap dispenser and a few little hairs on the caulking around the bottom of the outside of the shower). The shower head itself was too heavy for the bracket so I did have to shower by removing it from the holder, but overall this felt like a very minor inconvenience as the good far outweighs the bad for this hotel.

The location next to Earl’s Court station is great. The staff are friendly. There was a fan in the room which helped with temps a bit. Room was quiet.
The hotel is desperately in need of renovation. The stairs up to the rooms isn’t even level. When you are coming down to reception you feel drunk because the stairs pitches to one side. The doors to the rooms are locked with regular keys. The room is pretty compact, with dated decoration. It was not very clean. The bathroom especially - if you looked too closely at the sink or the shower you can see the dirt next to the drain. There was dust on the surfaces. The door of the bathroom is all rotten at the bottom. No air con.

Jedyny minus to brak klimatyzacji, ale był dostępny wiatrak.
